I need step by step instructions to create my NEW account, because I couldn’t enter the code to confirm my account, and now I can’t sign in , or anything. I would like to sync everything as well. Please advise. Thank you

Whenever I try to download a rar file, like a game from itch.io,0 it automatically fails and doesn't download even after retrying multiple times.

I have long used multirow bookmark toolbar extension to give me 4 rows of bookmarks across the top of my Firefox window on Windows 10. After updating to this latest version, the extension is gone. Any mention of it in about:config is gone. I don't know if it ever was mentioned in userChrome.css but it's not there either. It's as though it never existed. WTH?

Can anyone suggest how to get a multirow display of my toolbar bookmarks? Thanks in advance.

On a related rant: This is why I hate upgrading Firefox. Something useful and common sense always breaks. I'm going to open a separate question to figure out how to get the cursor focus back into the Google search box when I open a new tab using Google as the home page. None of the previous solutions is working with this version. This break in basic functionality has happened after many different upgrades of Firefox and I am frankly sick of fixing the same ridiculous problem over and over.

I was told I had to change my gmail account to whatever system you have now. I believe I have taken all the necessary steps, but would like to know how I access the emails I had on the old gmail account.

i just can't download anything on Firefox anymore for no reasons. I do not have Parental Control I tried to download attached files from mails with no success i tried to download a software called Alecaframe for a video-game without success too. I already tried to modify the download folder, to reinstall, to repair firefox with no success.

Tried installing Firefox Nightly 123 on an iMac running Monterey 12.7.3. Will not install. Just get the spinning busy cursor and have to force quit. Installs fine in Sonoma.

How do I import the firefox passwords I saved as csv file from firefox into firefox. I am not importing from a different browser which is the only option offered. I'm importing from the newly created csv file as instructed by firefox.

Hey folks, I use the firefox developer edition and I downloaded a zip file in it's private and when the download was complete I closed the window and open the download folder but the file was not there I haven't change the downloads folder location

After using FedEx shipping manager for 8 years, now it cannot download the shipping label. FedEx BLAMES Mozilla Firefox for blocking this download. How can I stop this?

Firefox on MacOS, today upgraded to the latest version and GUI font is completely unreadable, looks like some kind of arabic font. I deleted, reinstalled older version (which is OK) and automatic upgrade crated unreadable GUI again. SOmehow GUI font in latest release is screwed up. We pages render OK. But I am unable to change any settings as I cannot read anything. this is MacOS 13.6.3 on M1 mac. I have US version of MacOS with standard font setup, nothing special or unique. May be one thing, I have installed US English and also Czech language. But US is default. No other app seems to have issues.

Ok. The update downloaded 2 1/2 days ago. I've used Firefox since that download. It didn't install until now. 2 1/2 days later. Why the long delay? And why don't you have something show up in the banner or toolbar that designates that an upload to Firefox is happening? Now, we all have to guess why Firefox is behaving slow and erratic, close and re-open, and check for version.

I accidentally used wrong disk when downloading a big file. So my primary disk, where I'm running OS became 100% full. Then I removed this big file, checked that disk is not full anymore, and tried to download again, this time choosing the right disk, but now the Firefox internal file browser, where we open files, and select folder to download is broken, pointing wrong location when selecting disk/folders. I tried restarting OS, reinstalling firefox, but it's internal file browser is still broken. In Chrome it's ok, in system file explorer is ok, problem occur only with Firefox. I'm using Pop!_OS 22.04.

Is there a way I can reset this internal file browser to work properly again?
