How do I download 68.10 ESR? Later versions break my files. Don't know why and can not get newer files. All I get is newest version, not the one I need. I can get to the older version directory. But which file do I get?????????

Hello, I need help. I downloaded and installed Firefox (latest version), the icon appears in the taskbar, but when I click on it, FireFox does not launch and I always get the same error message. I uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted the PC, but I still have the same problem, even starting from firefox.exe in Windows (C:) >Programs>Mozilla Firefox. Could it be possible that Microsoft is blocking the launch of Mozilla Firefox? Thank you in advance for your help. Attached is a screenshot of the error message. i do not want the new update of firefox, and theres no way to shut off the updates. i can only switch to ask me when to install and manually install, not that i do NOT want to EVER install the latest firefox, because it truly SUCKS. it screwed up all the fonts everywhere on the web, somethings are huge and others are too small to read. i woke up a couple of days ago to an unreadable internet. i had to reinstall the last update before this one, start from scratch with all my passwords and a lot of hours of messing with my computer just to have it bearable and able to read my emails. now it keeps prompting me to install the latest. like every few hours i get an annoying pop up to install the latest. then to get it to go away i had to click on something, that downloaded it even though i dont want it. i seriously may have to switch browsers and abanadon you all completely because thats how bad your latest update is, and thats how much it sucks to not be able to stop it form harassing me every few hours to instal it....with no way to turn it off completely that i do not ever want the latest crap update.

mine is 330 MB. Has folders like http++website.org and https+++accounts.google.com^userContextId=8 and moz-extension+++81bd8d4f-66b4-4320-a211-143290de74c5

While I was doing my banking I got an error message saying I was running an older version and needed to update my browser. When I updated to the latest version of Firefox all my bookmarks and passwords got dumped. All of them. I can't find a previous profile to reinstall anywhere or an option to install a previous version. How do I roll this back?

Firefox cannot access my bank account. Bank says hello to my name when I log in, but then keeps saying "loading" and can never show me what is in my bank accounts. Why?

New to me Surface3 pro tablet. Have FF on my desktop, want it on the tablet and synced with the desktop. Download and install were fine up until i went to log in on the tablet. I mis spelled the email address and did not notice until the codes never arrived. I cant find a way to get FF to "forget" what i entered. I uninstalled hoping that would do it and deleted the FF old data file it saved on the screen, but no matter what i do it keeps coming back to the old misspelled entry and does not let me log out or change it. I have tried updating Firefox a number of times to 115.0.3 and each time I have had to roll my PC back to a pre-update state because I get a warning from MS Defender that I have a Trojan. What do I do in order to update the program without this very disconcerting warning?

Pretty niche problem, but I couldn't find anyone else with the same kind of problem. Whenever I try to download a file with "%" on its filename, the "%" character gets changed to an underscore. Like say, if I try to download a file named "Skyrim 100% save file", it becomes "Skyrim 100_ save file". Not sure why this is even happening, but it only happens in Firefox. Not Chrome nor Edge.

I just checked to see if there were an update to Firefox, for my secondary laptop. But for some reason it wants to update from "Version 115.0.3 (64-bit)" to "115.1esr".

I have never used ESR in my life, so why does it want to update to ESR?

Is this expected, or is there a problem with this? It is intentional that I use my Windows 7 64-bit laptop.

Hello, For me, there is no substitute for browsing with Firefox. But for some time now I've been getting notices that I'm not using the current browser version, for example in my email program and the banking application. However, Firefox info in the menu says that I am using the current version and there are no updates available. Here is the Firefox version shown to me: 78.15.0esr (64-bit) I work with an iMac of the following version: iMac (21.5 inch, from 2010) - OS X El Capitan version 10.11.6 (15G22010); - Processor: 3.06GHz Intel Core i3; - Memory: 4GB 1333MHz DDR3; - Graphics card: ATI Radeon HD 4670 256MB Maybe my computer is too old for the latest version, but why does Firefox Info show me that the browser is up to date and there are no updates? I tried to log onto Youtube so I could make a few comments on a football game. They had to send me a code to my email (HOTMAIL) BTW I never received a code to LOG into YouTube. I used "Snip & Sketch" as I have many many times before but now I open a photo to edit it and Microsoft has taken over my photos. I mean as far as my editing capabilities. I've tried all the "OPEN WITH" options but can not get to the basic photo editor. Need some help here... Thanks in advance Steve

I have Mac OS 10.14.6, so Firefox stopped working with its latest update. So I downloaded Firefox ESR. I want my passwords, history, and browser data from my original firefox, but when I go to the Import Browser Data function, my original firefox is not listed as an option to import from. And I can't launch my old firefox in order to export the data to an html file. So what can I do? Thanks!

I use Linux, but know nothing about it. My brother installed Mint on my desktop; he was my Computer Guru, but he has passed away. I need to update from FF88 to at least 99. Can you help me, please? Many thanks if you can.
