A few of my extensions are not showing up in my toolbar at the left top of the window -- specifically, my Evernote extension. It is turned ON in my "Settings" area, but not showing up in the toolbar.

This is a Mac Studio, 2022.

I also have two other Macbook Pros. The extensions show up on my Firefox browsers there.

I have the plasma browser integration extension and the corresponding package for my distro. But it doesn't work and I get the "failed to connect to native host" message. Am I doing something wrong? I use: KDE neon 5.27 KDE plasma version: 5.27.3 Firefox edition 111.0, Mozilla Firefox for Ubuntu Thanks in advance!

I've installed a Tree Style Tab add-on recenty. Now I want to hide horizontal tabs from the top.

Can anyone help me with this?

Every time I use Google Meet, Firefox show me a tiny orange controller over al my desktops in Fedora Linux. It is a bit annoying an distracting. Maybe could be great this icons appear in the os panel in linux.

I had some problems with Firefox and in the course of fixing things my 1Password extension disappeared.

I'm using an older version of the 1Password extension and have used it for many years, and the extension was working fine in my Win 11 computer before my "fix" of Firefox caused it to disappear. But I still have the 1Password extension executable, so I ran that and 1Password showed up in Firefox - sort of.

The regular 1Password icon looks something like a door's lock, but that lock symbol has been replaced by something that looks more like a puzzle piece. When I click on that puzzle piece I get see the window showed in the 1st image and when I put my mouse pointer in that window I'm asked to "run" the extension as shown in the 2nd image. The 1Password extension works fine but I don't understand why I'm seeing an icon that I didn't used to see and being required to "run" the extension instead of simply clicking on the icon.

I used to be able to install an extension, and than see it automatically pin itself on my toolbar now I have to select the add ons and theme icon on toolbar and manually pin each extension I install one by one. I do not want to have to keep doing this. Will someone please tell me what is going on and how to revert this back to how it originally was?

Remove or disable reading view for only AARP webpages in Firefox ...all other sites are fine..... it is a recent problem..... it keeps going to 40 % even tho my default is 120 %... as I have to click on the toggle on each new tab to be able to view pages.....again only on AARP webpages.

I have new work PC. I installed Firefox and logged in to my account. None of my pinned extensions appear on the toolbar any more. I tried to customize the toolbar again, but none of the extensions appear in the customization menu. Help. I'm worthless without quick access to my password manager.

Is there a way to completely remove the bookmark editor? I have it configured to not show when adding a bookmark and would like to not see it when removing it. The button in the addres bar should toggle between add/remove with no ui.

I just realized that I have been using Zoom Control in Firefox to control items in Outlook. The first thing I log into is Firefox, after that, I log into Outlook 2019 and I use Zoom for Outlook since I have both Taskbars available. Some of it works and some of it doesn't. For example, I cannot change the size of messages I receive and send out. I am not referring to the text size I'm referring to the whole page of Outlook. The Zoom will zoom in or out on other parts of the page in Outlook but not the message section.

If anyone understands this I would appreciate some help. I'm already working with MS Outlook on this as well.

This is not that Firefox I loved, now it feels like I use the f***ing Chrome. So, I have question - why I need use Firefox, if I can use Chrome instead? I have Google account and I can use it with Chrome with full synchronization to my phone, why I still use Firefox? Customization? Speed? Optimization? Why? There is no reason anymore. Hello, I've been dealing with this issue for some time now, but I don't know when it started. One day pages started being displayed with Impact as my body copy, but I never changed anything about my fonts in Firefox. I thought it was something with my system fonts, but I've since uninstalled copies of Impact on my Windows 10 PC. I'm not sure where else to look, but Impact is a difficult font to read as it's super bold & condensed. Makes reading body copy, especially small type, hard to navigate.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

When I minimize Firefox in Windows 11, with multiple tabs, and then click on the icon in the toolbar, a list of my tabs pops up. I would prefer Firefox just go back to the window I minimized, preferably with focus on the tab I was viewing when I minimized. I don't understand why this isn't the preferred behavior. Please advise as to how I can force Firefox to reopen the window I minimized, when I click the toolbar icon, instead of presenting me with a list of tabs.

Just checking back to see if there has been any new methods developed for dealing with this issue.

I have a new laptop so needed to install an adblock. The search results page gave many choices. However, no matter which one I clicked on it said this page is not available in your region. Now how is that possible seeing as on my previous laptop and in the same region I could install the add on? I have had to use a VPN to install the adblocker. Please explain how regions prevent the installation and why it happens. Firefox is universal or so I thought.

I was totally blindsided by the changes imposed by the switch to this feature. Having now read up on it I can understand the need for it, but IMHO the implementation is... not optimal. Why do we have to have two "overflow" icons? Why could the two functions (traditional overflow list and new Extensions Management) not be maintained under a single button/function as before? (I don't care which symbol would be used, but splitting up the access to these functions? Come on!) AND why can we no longer order the items on the new overflow menu the way we want? --at least, I haven't found a way to move them around. Further, when extensions say that they "Can't read and change data on this site", does that mean that the extension is broken, nonfunctional, locked out, etc., or are we required to do something to restore it to functionality? -And if so, do we have to do this for every extension, on every site? Let me just say, not a huge fan at this point. Ugh.

Hey so I've been having this issue for a while now and I don't know how to fix it.

I hoard my tabs so using TST (tree style tab) for firefox is extremely helpful for my studies and hoarding tendencies, I will remove the tabs from the top of my screen easily. Due to my computer breaking and being replaced, I've had to redo this process and I cannot find any data for firefox in my documents.

I don't know if this is an issue anyone else has faced and has fixed it. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

PS: I have reinstalled FF several times now and it doesn't fix the issue :(

The refresh button (circular arrow has gone from the toolbar It is not present in the customise list It is restored if I I select 'restore defaults' but is only there for the current session and not when firefox restarts So how can I add the restore button PERMANENTLY please
