Whenever i send a Tab from any Device to a Linux Desktop, the Linux Desktop is almost guaranteed to freeze. It doesn’t matter if that Linux Desktop is my "Dingus" PC with 2GB RAM and Wayland, or my "Workstation" PC with 16GB RAM and X11. On both Desktops, Firefox runs smoothly until it gets sent a Tab from another Device, then the whole Linux Desktop freezes. The Desktop doesn’t slow if i open the Tab on the Desktop in the “Tabs from other Devices” Sidebar instead.

Only my Linux Desktops freeze when they get sent a Tab from another Device. Android doesn’t slow when my Phone gets sent a Tab from another Device.

I am sitting in hospital with a weird problem. The connection is open and thus not secure. I have successfully connected my 2 android devices, however my Windows Asus laptop is being barred by firefox. I only run firefox. It is a dead end because firefox refuses to allow me to access the net at all. So now I have to get my wife to go and download chrome and see whether that will work. Why can I not override as u understand the risks I also use Norton 360 with its VPN.

After the update on the 14th, dark mode has gained weird stylistic choices that I cannot find a way to alter: namely, when closing a new tab, a white box with black font appears -as opposed to the previous darker toned grey/purple with white font. However as of writing this post, I notice that dark mode is not working on this webpage. Seeing as I have an extension enabled in addition to the basic dark mode selection in Firefox settings, I can only imagine that something was broken in the update. Please advise, the change is jarring.

Windows 10 pc can not start,I have gone through automatic repair and diagnostics steps,but am now on advamced options and think I need to Reset it.This will lose Firefox.When I install it again will I be able to sign into my Firefox account to retrieve bookmarks and passwords?I am very nervous about this,don't even know how to install Firefox,as someone gave me the computer and it was already in there. (sorry for my bad English) I delete and again install Firefox, and after this if I open tabs (Youtube, etc) and close browser, tabs doesn't restore and showing default 1 search tab Firefox. Setting to restore tabs enabled, but not working, lile a method with about:setting. I will be grateful for help.

When I try to use Publisher's Clearing House games on an ACER Chromebook 315 the screen locks up at "please rotate your device" it is a laptop so of course I am not going to rotate it!!

I'm writing to suggest enhancing Firefox's toolbar/menu customization with more practical buttons.

Please consider adding frequently used buttons like "Add to Reading List" directly to the list, with the ability to enable/disable them easily in settings. Chrome offers this flexibility, and Firefox—champion of user choice and privacy—should match or exceed it.

Firefox has always been about freedom and customization. Please give us more control over our browsing experience.

I'm trying to install Firefox to my 2012 Asus u57a laptop from a SD card that is in my phone cause the Internet explorer is outdated cause it is on Windows 7 and I am trying to get Windows 10

After entering verification code from email i receive an error every time i try to login into this account on my PC, i fully cleared browser data several times but it didn't help

Hi! I love Firefox, but on updates when my account signs out. I also lose all my Firefox profiles. Even when I sign in again, and sync everything on my Firefox account, I lose my primary and secondary profiles. Whilst it restores my bookmarks and extensions on my account. I lose my bookmarks etc. on my secondary profile.

I'm using FF on both Windows 11 and android, but this problem only effects Windows 11.

I am experiencing a recurring issue with Firefox on Kali Linux.

Environment:

- OS: Kali Linux (running inside Termux on Android) - Connection: VNC (RealVNC) - Device: Android phone (low RAM) - Desktop: XFCE

Problem: Whenever I open Firefox, tabs frequently crash with the message: “Gah. Your tab just crashed.”

What I already tried:

- Disabled hardware acceleration - Disabled recommended performance settings - Ran Firefox in safe mode - Created a new Firefox profile - Lowered VNC resolution - Restarted the system

The problem still persists.

I believe this may be related to graphics rendering or memory limitations under VNC/Termux.

Please advise if there is a workaround or configuration that can prevent this crash.
