I HADN,T BEEN ON THE COMPUTER FOR SEVERAL DAYS AND WHEN I OPENED IT TO PAY MY BILLS, IT WAS LIKE READING A FOREIGN LANGUAGE! NO CLUE ON HOW TO ACCESS MY BANK AND A LOT OF PARAGRAPHS I DIDN'T UNDERSTAND PLEASE CAN YOU RETURN THE OLDER METHOD OF HOW I PAID MY BILLS!? THIS ISN,T FAIR TO LEAVE ME STUCK LIKE THIS, ALL I'M DOING IS PRESSING TOPICS AND GETTING NOWHERE' AS YOU CAN TELL I'M NOT COMPUTER SAVVY BUT I DO NEED MY COMPUTER TO PAY MY BILLS. PLEASE HELP ME. I have an account recovery key [removed the recovery key] But there is nowhere to enter this to recover my account. Why?

Earlier I logged in to Firefox to pose a question. Checking email, I had a notice from Mozilla that my account was used to sign in: Firefox on Windows 10 / United States (estimated) / Thursday, Oct 23, 2025.

Does Firefox think I'm using Win 10??? I checked my computer and it verifies that I am running Win 11 with all updates.

Call me confused. Or is this a non-issue? I ask because I'm trying to get into a member website and after I login, it takes me to a page that is for new signers ... not an existing member. Has happened several times.

I have a computer that is not eligible for Windows 11, apparently. I don't want to lose my files before I can purchase a new one--what can I do? I have a lot of files--some can be discarded but I need and want to keep others. I am a senior and not completely computer savvy.

I want to change the email associated with my account. However I can't add a secondary email and then make it the primary, as is suggested in all search results, because the primary email has been defunct for years. (I have had no reason to enter the account since that time.) Therefore I cannot receive the code to allow me to add the email. How can I proceed? Thanks in advance. PS, please respond to my current email, which is [edited from public] @gmail.com; as the notification that there has been a response will go to the prior(defunct) email too! Thanks.

Recently a team member left our organisation. He used to run a job to save the plugins in Mozilla marketplace. Now we have the Key and security but we dont have the email ID which was used for the same. At this point in time, we are unable to proceed further with our business activity. I was notified that Mozilla was unable receive my payment for my VPN. When I opened my account and tried to change my paid subscription, I was subjected to a sign in loop and went back to Profile. I am unable to find an email address for Mozilla support. I am unable to contact Mozilla support for help with this problem. Need help!
