as i no longer need it and have lost acccess to it  

or if you.s could pretty please forward an account deletion request form or weblink to request deletion of the account [email removed]@gmail.com

My account got locked apparently for some reason. I can access it because it is connected to my gmail but if I want to activate two-factor authentication I am gonna have to get this sorted out. In a different article it was recommended to contact support but I didn't see any option to do that. Can anyone help?

I received a gmail message on my laptop computer to sign in to save my Mozilla account but now I can’t use my gmail on my laptop. Please stop blocking my gmail access. It’s creating hardship. Thank you.

I tried to login to my account with my email address, but it pops out to ask mw to create a new account. How wierd is that?! I follow the previous registration confirmation email last year and trace my account. I can clearly see that the email address is the one I try to login with. how is that happen? can i get my data back?

BTW, I create the recovery key through the website. The problem is how I login my account in the APP.

A few months ago, I filled a feedback survey on Firefox, and at the end of the survey it contained an option to check if I was interested in pariticipating in a follow-up study with a researcher from Firefox, and it was promised a financial compesation for my time.

I received an follow-up email today (from fx-researchteam@mozilla.com), talking about the recent survey I took and that I specified that I would like to do a follow-up interview, specifying available dates, interview duration (~60 minutes), and so on. It contained with a survey link from qsurvey.mozilla.com. The survey asked basic personal informations like email, name, gender, nothing too suspicious. Also, they specified they could paypal me $150 as a thanks for my time and feedback.

I saw someone received the same type of email and people claimed it as legit (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1442740), but the email that sent the survey was a different email (from firefoxresearch@mozilla.com).

All I'm asking is if Mozilla does conduct such interviews, and also pay people for their time... if this is not a scam or something...

When attempting to sign in using google on firefox, the page I've included as an image below pops up. In order to solve the issue, I've tried clearing cookies and browsing data, refreshed firefox, and uninstalled and then reinstalled firefox. This happens on all websites, and only when using firefox.

I have a Mozilla/Firefox Account, but when attempting to set up a monthly donation, the message says, ". . .Is this the right email address? We couldn’t verify that this email address is able to receive mail."

It is the same email address used on the Firefox Browser and accessable with a password, so I'm puzzled as to why it is questioning the ability to validate the email address.

Please help. I would very much like to donate.

I have a problem with my primary email. I cannot send out or receive. I'm working with my provider but no resolution as of yet. They did check my settings at the provider level but said everything looks good. I've thoroughly checked and rechecked all my email settings and am unable to see a problem. I'm thinking that since I am not signed into my browser (Mozilla Firefox) with it telling me my account is disconnected that I need to Sync my account, but I cannot do that.

So, I have been trying to Sync my Mozilla account but being I have a problem with email I am unable to receive your email code to completely sign into my Mozilla account. What I am wanting to do is to sign into my account and add a secondary email address so to receive your sign in code so that I am able to finish syncing my account.

I am lost to know what to do from here! You will be unable to reply to me using my regular primary email address because as I say, I cannot send or receive, so how can you even help me? Please help me somehow! I'm sure you have my phone number being I would think it's on my account. Can you phone me? Hopefully! Not sure whether I should put a phone number or the added secondary email address in here so you can add it for me. I can't sign into Mozilla to do anything. I went through my Google account to get this far so to hopefully send this to you. Your help would surely be appreciated! bold textI upgraded to Windows 11 months ago. Last night I tried to get on a website, but was refused access because it didn't support Windows 10. I no longer have windows 10! How do I resolved this conflict?

I had an account sign in at 4:30 today. from a windows user. That was not me... can you tell me where it came from?

You took this without prior warning and letting me know what it is for. I will probably cancel this if you are not forth coming and if you dont answer I will put PayPal on the case.
