It seems to indicate a login failure, but I really am logged in successfully.

Seems to indicate the server is under maintenance, but I haven't seen any notice on this.

The bookmarks sync does not sync Icons. it's been YEARS since I last time used Firefox and I went to use Google chrome because they support syncing bookmarks icons but Firefox still doesn't. Microsoft's new Chromium based Edge browser also supports syncing bookmarks icons. Firefox needs this option too. it's very hard to identify my bookmarks because the are a lot.

Had an old Win7 computer, trying to sync my new Win10 firefox, and it just doesn't seem to work. I'm sure I'm stuck on stupid, but the 'how to' instructions aren't very helpful. What is the simple thing I'm missing here? I have sync turned on on both computers. I had real bad luck a few years ago attempting this, and lost EVERYTHING and had to start all over again.

I have signed into Firefox under two different email addresses and would like those profiles to remain separate (bookmarks, history, themes, etc). Currently Firefox Sync is sharing information between accounts. Email address #1 has the same bookmarks as email address #2. When I add a bookmark to the browser signed in as email address #1, it adds it as well to the browser signed in as email address #2.

Здравствуйте. Сегодня у клиента переустанавливал операционную систему с Windows 8.1 на Windows 10. Переду установкой включил синхронизацию данных, закладок, паролей и.д. Послу переустановки и включение синхронизации закладки, настройки и пароли не появились. И пришлось всё переносить в ручную. В чём может быть проблема?

I'm trying to add a device to FF sync, and it's not accepting my email/pw combination. I'm logged in on my main computer, and tried to change the password, but that won't accept the password either. I know I am using the correct password because it's stored in the password manager and dated the same as the email I have from when I last changed it. It also matches the one I have written down.
That said, I am willing (with some misgivings) to assume that, somehow, I am not using the correct password. I can't imagine how that can be, but unless someone tells me otherwise, it seems that it kinda has to be the case. As such, since I'm still logged in, what I'd like to do is export all my data before requesting a password reset.
Is there any way to do that?

However, today after I reinstalled a windows and signed in to my Firefox account, none of my previous bookmarks and history are available. How can I recover the data? The cycle doesn't end until I'm locked out of the account for trying too many times.
(Of course, this is not for the account I am currently posting from, which I just created.)

I went into firefix options and firefox security login page. My account is login but it does show as zero login details are saved while i have always saved my login details. Any chance that i can retrieve my login details again so i will no need to reset passwords for all websites which i visit.

I imported a large number of logins into Lockwise from a different browser. The URLs I imported into Firefox were imported without the "www." prefix. Because of this, Firefox won't recognize this imported login information, and I have to manually copy and paste it into login fields. Is there a way to add the "www." to all of the pre-existing logins, or a way to make Firefox recognize the URLs as they are present now?

How do i get the IP address itself that it was connected too or using for the 'Last Seen' location?

I lost access to my two-factor authentication app and therefore could not get into my account. I have created a new account using a different email address but I would like to use the email address (which I still have access to) associated with that account. As long as the old account exists I cannot associate that email with my new account. I cannot find any way to contact Mozilla to ask them to delete the old account (and free up that email address). Will it just get deleted eventually if I don't log into it anymore? Is there someone I can contact to close that old account? Thanks

When signing in to Sync on a different computer, I expect Firefox Sync to sync all my settings, like I asked for in the settings. However, this is not the case. When I sign in, my extensions are synced, but not their settings. Also, my favourites bar / Firefox layout isn't synced.
This means it takes me 10 minutes to sign in to all extensions, find the correct Firefox layout, etc. It's a lot of unnecessary, frustrating work. Especially on my school, where signing out from my profile means all Windows settings are reset, meaning I have to do it all over again the day after.
Can Firefox make the Sync more thorough, and also sync my extension settings, taskbar, layout, etc? And is there in the meantime a way to make this work more easy?
My saved logins are gone from all of the devices, is there a way to recover them?

They were all present a day or two ago and I noticed something was wrong when firefox stopped autofilling the login data. is there a way to check what's going on and what caused this? and also how to I get them back?
