I have having alot of trouble. I am unable to get Netflix to work in Normal mode of firefox. It will work in trouble shoot but not in reg mode. The page will not load all the way and than it locks up . I have done every suggestion that i have found and yet it still will not load and work. I have been trying to fix this problem for a week now. I have uninstalled and re installed 3 times now. and yet it still will not work. I have now gone to Edge to watch Netflix.

Since past few years, I use Firefox for the peace of mind... But never get that.

Every now and then many sites are not supported properly.... And it severely gives now headache....

Thinking to switch to New Web Browser....

Problematic Sites are tons of tons... Here are a few...

1. pCloud 2. Mega 3. Digiboxx 4. OrgPad 5. PhotoADKing 6. Animaker 7. Powtoon 8. SBI ....etc.

Please somebody help reach this message to original developers and not community... I'm fed up of this.

Many developers also fed up of Mozilla... and stay away from updating add-ons or extensions... I literally felt helpless many times...

Since the days of Go Corp.'s PenPoint and Windows for Pen Computing, I have been accustomed to select text by just dragging the stylus --- that no longer works --- for some reason the stylus has now been dumbed down to be an 11th touch input which scrolls.

Why?

How can I get back the far more expressive behavour of drag-select text with a stylus and using touch when I wish to scroll?

As an FYI, I handed a stylus and my Samsung Galaxy Book 12 (running Windows Build 1703 which predates this change) to a technician at the local Best Buy and they had no problem selecting text --- when I challenged them to select text on a Galaxy Book 3 Pro 360 running Windows 11 using the stylus they were unable to to.

Could we please have an option to restore the traditional behaviour?

isn't directly available in Windows 11, and the equivalent setting:

Settings | Bluetooth & Devices | Pen & Windows Ink | Additional Pen Settings | Let me use my pen as a mouse when it's available

doesn't seem to work when it is enabled.

I recorded USB webcam pictures with MJPG_streamer and converted them to mp4 using

  ffmeg -r 20 -pattern_type glob -i "*.jpg" -c:v libx264 test.mp4

Firefox complains "video can't be played because the file is corrupt" Google Chrome and VLC have no problems playing the file.

What options for ffmpeg do I need to create the mp4 files so that firefox can play them?

On the Firefox mobile app, when I look at the screen with open page thumbnails, they are blank. And when I tap one of them, I only get a blank page. iPhone SE 2nd gen., iOS 16.3.1

I installed firefox and am trying to open the Vegas World sign in app and it's doing nothing in the tab, it will not come up. I'm so confused and technically challenged

I often send same e mail to people, so I use copy/paste from word doc. When I send the e mail it corrupts, see example below. Someone suggested I should copy/paste from notepad instead, but still same issue. Then I sent exact same e mail (copy/paste from word doc) and send via Chrome. No issue. Any suggestions please ?

How can I fix Firefox so that I can log into my account with CareCredit, mysynchrony.com or carecredit.com? I keep getting an error message. I can log in fine using Safari but I prefer Firefox. Thanks.

For the past three days I've been unable to get Firefox to load quickly as it used to before the last update. The last time this happened the problem was conflict with my security software System Mechanic. That problem was taken care of. This time I tried rebooting the computer, turning off all my add-ons, safe mode...nothing worked.

I'm using Win 10 64 bit. Can you help?

Sometimes, usually, when I watch YouTube, I could see in the Process Manager (about:processes) that GPU process takes 2-3 GB. YouTube could be open in multiple tabs, but I watch only in one tab. All other YouTubes have been stopped. (I have always the latest version of Firefox. ) Is it a bug? Maybe disable hardware acceleration?

I can't paste text into emails (msn.com) anymore when I use Firefox. What gives? I ran tests with Microsoft and it works fine on Chrome & Edge--only problem is with Firefox. Please help

Calendar has 22 categories and an option to add Custom Categories. However, any custom categories I have added whilst editing an entry only seem to get saved in that entry, not in the list. If I need to use that category again I have to enter it again - every time! It seems logical to me that adding a category means it gets to stay in the list and I'd also expect that it would then be sorted apha-numerically.

Is it possible to edit the category list somewhere in FF?

My email screen has gone to a larger page that will not fit on the computer screen, whether in full screen or partial, the inbox is pushed off the left side, and the email previews are so large they extend half the way across from the right side. Previously most of the center was for email lists, but now it is just a small part that will only show two or three emails. How can I change it back the the old format?

I have used Firefox for a number of years and recently am having issues. I am not sure at this point if it is Firefox or Yahoo. I use Yahoo as my home page and my e-mail address. It keeps signing me out and then I cannot sign in without restarting the computer sometimes more than once. When Yahoo loads, it doesn't load the pictures, etc. that are normally to the left of the story headline. Facebook is the same way. I do have some add ons from Firefox and not sure if one of them is causing an issue. I cannot even talk to Yahoo as they will only help if you have a paid account - which I do not. I play some games on line and issues with those also. I really do not want to use Edge or anything else. I really like Firefox, but not sure what is going on. I have not changed any of my settings. Can someone please help me?

When I tried to cancel a PayPal automatic payment, the screen went to a white haze and locked up. I was able to cancel them in Chrome, but I’d like to know how to fix this in Firefox. TIA Bob Brown

I am experiencing an issue with the Firefox browser when opening an HTML file, and I would like to know the cause and possible solutions. I have included the sample code in the troubleshooting section.

1. I have written a date input field in HTML. 2. I have set the onclick event to change the input type to "date" and the onblur event to change it back to "text". 3. When I click the input field, the calendar appears, but when I select a date, the date is not entered into the input field. I would appreciate any guidance on how to resolve this issue.
