I have tried the recommended fixes for the issue of History and Bookmarks being used by another app or security. Cannot get it to work. One morning about a week ago I woke up and opened my computer. Some update has probably been installed, and all the tab groups that I have diligently organized and saved - disappeared!
The tabs disappeared and all the sites saved within them disappeared also.

Try my actual case with the following link: https://www.ups.com/track?tracknum=1ZA06B736800244687&loc=fi_FI&requester=QUIC%2F/ The response in Finnish is always: "Emme voi suorittaa seurantapyyntöäsi tällä hetkellä. Yritä myöhemmin uudelleen." A quick and dirty translation is: "We cannot execute your request right now. Try again later".
This is an everlasting problem. But try the exactly same link on Chrome or Edge, and it works fine.
