I am on a new PC with Windows 11, using 4 monitors. I keep trying to figure out what is making my mouse and sometimes the keyboard behave sluggish (freezes for a moment). I have takes all suggestions that AI has suggested but it is still happening. Do you have any thing for me to try? It appears to be only when Firefox is running.

I use Firefox to manage an online course. For some parts, I want to zoom in to see detailed diagrams etc. In other parts, I want to see at a glance a simple list of submissions. So I have 2 windows (with their relevant tabs) open. But when I zoom into the first, the other window zooms in, so I lose most of the listing. How do I set the zoom differently in the two windows?

Firefox continually shows pop ups for a passkey and it will not let me sign into a webpage without it. I have seen a way to disable the pop ups online, but I am 84 and not techy. If I cannot stop them, I will stop using Firefox and Use

I like the Firefox home page. Except for one small issue. That is Shortcuts. If checked it defaults to "sites you save or visit". It is a pain in the A$$ to clear away visited sites. I would prefer to have the option to keep saved sites and not keep visited sites. Can Firefox please seperate saved and visited. In another words make it an option to keep visited sites.

I want to play m3u8 link but they always download and save it. I try to find advance settings but it seems no settings for it. How can I stop download specific file extension? And if it can play, play it? Thank you.

Gentlemen, isn't your browser using a lot of RAM? I've been freaking out about it in recent years. That's only with 25 tabs open!! Despite the fact that the system was installed just a day ago, without any tweaks!!!

Firefox is my browser. I use Yahoo.com for my email and news. On articles with videos attached, I get the message below (see uploaded image). It is trying to get me to accept adds in order to make full use of Yahoo.com capabilities. I do not want these adds. I thought my add blocker would prevent this. I use "Ad Remover". This just started this week. Before I was able to view any video loaded on the Yahoo cite. Any suggestions?

My desktop has the entire Proton collection of apps loaded. This includes a paid VPN. I want a VPN for my laptop as well....is it possible to load Firefox free VPN to just my laptop? Or, if the addition of free VPN is universal to all Firefox installations, is there a way to deactivate the Firefox VPN on a certain separate device? Thanks for your time!

All the tabs, in both my profiles are constantly crashing. I cannot keep at a task for more than a few minutes without needing to restart the tab. Is this a setting problem? I've cleared the cache, and reset Firefox, to no avail. Thank you for any relevant advice and/or assistance.

I am using the Firefox browser. Lately it has been redirecting me to a malicious website: mercu-wgp.com/zclkvisitor. What can I do to prevent this? I have FF 150.0.3 64 bit on a W'11 computer.

EOM, basically. I click on my home page icon (which is www.yahoo.com). Firefox executes that properly, but totally on its own, goes blank within 30 seconds. Does not happen when using Google Chrome. This started happening about 5-7 days ago.
