Hi there,

Is there a way to change the keyboard shortcut for the Bookmarks Library back to Ctrl-Shift-B?

I tried the old solution offered here (config.js / config-prefs.js), but it no longer seems to work in FF 131: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1318541

i was using firefox with multiple tabs for most of today, had to shut pc down to run errands. When i restarted pc, firefox would not start, i have it pinned on my task bar/start menu/whatever. I opened my system moniter to see what was going on when i tried to start firefox and the processes do not show up in the process list. I tried a reinstall with the ubuntu software store and no noticeable change in behavior. Not sure how to get into the profile section, the option for it with a right click on the firefox icon does nothing seemingly. Under normal operations i have seen two firefox processes listed.

updating my profile i found option of 2nd factor notification that I use always when offered. it asked me to make up my own unique code that no one else would have so i made up a string of letters-numbers but nothing happened, tried only my favorite numbers - zip. then couple favorite words - zip. so started to close computer and noticed a lot of emails from Mozilla each with typical 6-digit confirmation code number - so i am not supposed to invent my own private code? all of the numbers emailed to me have long since expired. Please don't kill my accounts! I use a lot of Moz apps - but must use hateful Outfock b/c university no longer supports T'bird.

hi i have mental health difficulties and all the links to absolutely everything is gone no bookmarks no folders nothing on my desktop i have lost everything please help me recover these so many important bookmarks all missing help me get them back even if i have to go back to an older version of firefox this update happened itself please help me nothing in import restore in manage bookmarks see pic showing no bookmarks its empty please help me i am desperate my mobile number is u.k [edited phone# from public community support forum] please help me

(sorry for my bad English) I delete and again install Firefox, and after this if I open tabs (Youtube, etc) and close browser, tabs doesn't restore and showing default 1 search tab Firefox. Setting to restore tabs enabled, but not working, lile a method with about:setting. I will be grateful for help.

Hello, I have 3 PCs. One is Windows 10, Firefox 131.0.3 One is Windows 10 firefox 131.0 One is windows 11 firefox 131.0.3

All 3 PCs are running BOINC, using the remaining CPU power up to 100%

On PC W10 + FF 131.0 and PC W11 + FF131.0.3 BOINC and FF share the processor time up to 100% On the PC W10 + FF 131.0.3 when FF is dispatched, no processor time is assigned to BOINC and CPU busy is no more 100%. This situation occurs frequently and can last several minutes.

I was filling out a City of Portland nuisance complaint form, but the "SUBMIT" button would not appear in order for the complaint form to be transmitted. I could only scroll down so far -- there was nothing more, no page two, etc. Email to City confirmed the problem with the form was on my end. Then I used Safari to get that same City complaint form. Same site, same form. But, on Safari there was about a full page more to the form that had been missing on Firefox. Additional questions, boxes to check, spaces to fill, places to upload photos/files. And at the bottom of the form was the "SUBMIT" button. I don't think I've had this particular issue with other forms, questionnaires, etc. elsewhere. Is there a filter or something blocking random stuff?

First of all, THANK YOU for volunteering. I've donated to Mozilla over the years and appreciate this product. Okay, here's my issue....I'm OLD! HA! Onto the pertinent issue I hope can be solved here:

I use Otter ai to transcribe my healing sessions w/ clients (I'm an energy healer-I see dimensions within the human energy field). I'm a "low-end" user (I just made that up) because it's just me. When I try (operative word) to export and actually hit the "export" button, I get this stupid, crappy, dangling box about ChatGPT (see image below). There's no place to respond yes, no, or to close it out. The only thing I can do is hit "escape" to make it disappear but then I'm kicked out of the export process to view the original screen listing my recent meetings.

Specifics: I have a Macbook Air, macOS Sonoma version 14.4.1 w/ an Apple M1 (no idea what all this but assume it's useful for you). FF is my default browser. I use otter thru FF rather than an app on my Mac. In FF settings I've added otter ai to a list that allows website popups. I don't use Chatgpt or whatever it does on otter. I just want to export the text.

Sadly, otter ai customer support has been dismal. So, I've turned to you folks. I'm not super computer savvy, but hope I've done the basics to rule out issues. Oh, I've also logged out then in to Otter, rebooted my laptop a bunch- all the things to reset. Didn't work.

I have just had Windows 11 reinstalled on my Laptop, I synced everything over from my desktop but Setup VPN and Hoxx icons which would be with other add-ons are missing, I emailed both suppliers. I followed their instructions and found that both add-ons are enabled but no icons. I don't appear to have any overflow, no '>>' I tried uninstalling them but still no icons to enable me to use these.

This latest version doesn't work properly, (unable to download videos), and i want to return to the earlier version but i don't remember what it was. How do i find out my previouse version? Only the supported mac versions are listed on the older versions download site. How can i access all firefox versions through 131,0? There is a crash every time I open the browser. I tried the flatpack and system package and to no avail. when opening o365 and open a PDF attachment that was fillable, I cannot view the filled in texts, unless i download the file and view with my default PDF viewer., even doing preview i cannot see the filled in portions of the document. I can view on Chrome and Edge and outlook app on my PC. I have attached a jpeg for your viewing, if you look at top part it shows what i get in Firefox, the bottom is with any other browser or office app. I am using windows 10 and the latest browser Firefox.

It appears that Microsoft Stream's new screen recording feature from browser either doesn't work in Firefox, or Microsoft has blocked usage in Firefox. No attempt is made to gain browser screen-recording permissions for the site prior to the following error message appearing.

Firefox is the only program on my computer which struggles with connecting to the internet for some reason, other browsers and programs work fine. Everything times out, even the update checker in settings. It opens local files without issue. It started 7+ days ago, i have tried doing everything on the "firefox doesn't load internet pages in, other browsers do" but it didn't change anything.

WSJ.com is unusable on this browser. I've cleared cookies/site data, as well as disabled adblocker. Every other website works fine. Every other browser loads WSJ.com with no problem. But on Firefox with WSJ, the website loads very slowly, only ever partially, and sometimes not at all. This has been a perennial issue. Thank you.
