I have been using firefox mozilla to access our company EPM system for 3 years. It has been working fine but lately after I installed the latest firefox mozilla version, the horizontal scroll bar disappear in search results in the EPM system.

This did not happen when I use google chrome to access the system or Edge. It is clearly Firefox mozilla issue. Nothing is set in my preferences to make scroll bar disappear.

I am using firefox 120.0 version. I use OneDrive extensively, but now when I open a folder and type my info to search on. It no longer works. I have cleared cache. I have uninstalled/reinstalled. Power off/Power on my system. Confirmed I am using the latest version. The search on OneDrive works in Chrome, but I prefer using Firefox. Any other suggestions I can try?

I need a fix for my ESPN+ account. I can watch live sports and videos but cannot read ESPN+ articles. Everything works great with Edge and Chrome, so maybe I will have to switch browsers.

Every time I enter a new password at https://secure.newegg.com/identity/signin, I click on Save but the browser does not save it! When I try to log in, Firefox always inserts the previous password that was saved. I have Reset the password twice on the website and have mentioned it to Newegg at least twice now and so far, I have not been able to resolve this problem.

This only occurs with the Newegg website. Why is this?

This is occurring on a computer running Windows 10 Pro version 22H2, Build 19045.3693

I request that this be resolved soon.

Hello, every once in a while Firefox on my Win 10 PC resets bookmarks, logins and saved tabs to ones that I used several weeks/months ago. I also remember that it once switched back to a newer instance a few days after switching to and older one. When I try to open the app, it also creates a new icon on my taskbar. This has happened around 4-5 times in the last year. Does any one have an idea what the problem might be? Thanks in advance!

I recently updated to FF 119.0.1. I am finding that URL completion in the address bar is kind of random. In FF 118 and earlier, URLs were completed predictably, and it was pretty clear that they were based on a) bookmarks and b) frequency of use. Now, it seems like the frequency info is lost every time I restart FF. In that case, I might expect that the URL offered would be from the oldest bookmark or maybe the first in alphabetical order or something predictable, but it isn't. It seems to me to be random, and it is very annoying.

Is this a new bug, or is there perhaps a new setting that I can change to stop the madness?

For relevant settings, I have:

 - Provide search suggestion: checked
 - When using address bar, suggest: browsing history and bookmarks are checked, nothing else
 - I'm using Custom History settings: Remember browsing and download history is checked, Clear history when Firefox closes is checked. 

I have used these settings for years in previous versions of FF, and there hasn't been a problem until now.

Microsoft has placed an ad in mail page to purchase 365 Pilot-Personalized email, I already own 365 program, because I do not push the Buy Button they refused to remove the Ad therefore I cannot open my email. Somebody told me that Firefox is in collaboration with Microsoft,please see if you remove the Ad from email page-it has been a nightmare I have to manure to to ge some of my emails. Please,help. Suddenly stopped receiving emails on my blueyonder account 6 days ago. I can receive them fine on my iphone and ipad and with virgins web mail site but nothing on Thunderbird. It keeps asking for my password but does not recognise anything that i type in. Also will not send from blueyonder. My gmail account works fine. Please help

Hello! I'm on Windows 11 and when trying to update QBittorrent, if I download the last setup.exe from it's official source with Firefox, the file won't open. No error message, no crash, nothing. No amount of double click or "run as admin" will get it to budge. I've had the problem with the last three versions of QBittorrent.

However, when I download the same .exe from the same website with Microsoft Edge, it runs like a charm and I'm able to update QBittorent.

What's weird is that it's not even consistent; I always get that bug with QBittorrent but the other .exe files I downloaded run just fine. I only use Windows Defender for malware protection and it doesn't see the QBittorrent file as a menace. I tried downloading the file to another location than my desktop but the issue persists.

Is there something I can do to fix this?

Please let me know what is wrong here I have recorded the issue as you can see that the buttons of pop up for screen record are missing text also location pop up is missing text same with download file names.

I don't know what is the issue and why the texts are not showing but it's been a big hassle.

Please help me solve it. I barely managed to record thing since even it doesn't show which screen I want to record.

I have used Firfox for many years as my main browser...I just upgraded to Sonoma on two Macs and Firefox is nu-useable on both... I waited for the new update and somethings were working but still can not depend on the browser to work... Can you help...?

I'm using Firefox 120.0 on an iMac running OS 13.6.1. When browsing in an open window, merely moving my iMouse (no clicking) causes the display to zoom in and enlarge the display a huge amount that is much larger than normal zooming can produce. Please provide a solution.

I lost all my bookmarks because I forgot my Firefox account password and didn't realize they were in the cloud (I thought they were stored locally). I don't have any bookmarks backups, but I did recently back up my Macbook via Time Machine. Would Time Machine be able to recover my previous bookmarks? If so, how?
