When right-clicking on the Firefox icon in the Windows task bar one has the option to "pin" items by hovering over an entry in the "frequent" list and clicking on the little pin needle icon (with the hover text "Pin to this list").

How can I pin items that are not in the frequent list? I have tried for weeks to make an important page a frequent one by making sure to visit it daily but it never makes it to the list.

Yesterday, I corrected my "Job Title" from a mistake I made 8 months ago when I joined the company.

Somehow a New Job notification was created and now I am receiving Congratulations for a job I have had for 8 months. It is embarrassing.

Is there any way to delete or remove the Notification that claims I have a New Job, since that it not factual. I only have an updated title, which was incorrect to my error.

I am trying to open a site, but keep getting this message: "Before you continue to the website...

By clicking the "Accept and Continue" button, you will be redirected to the Firefox Add-ons Store to install this extension. By clicking the "Accept and Continue" button and installing this extension in your browser, you accept the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and agree to select "Recipio" as your new search engine. Firefox Add-ons Accept and Continue" I do not want to add it - why am I being forced to add it?

All of a sudden I am getting loads of SPAM emails and when I try to unsubscribe, I get a Secure Connection Failed error. I have marked them as SPAM but they just keep coming, daily.

Every time I access my bank's website using Firefox I get a pop-up telling me to "manage online experience". After I "manage" it, it appears on every page I go to on the bank's site (ie. savings account or chequing account etc.) I have white listed several of the pages in Privacy and Security but this has no effect. Obviously I am missing something. Can anyone give me guidance? Thx.

I am running Firefox on Windows 11 and I'm encountering a strange issue regarding the UI updates.

The Issue: My Firefox browser updates automatically to the latest version. However, my Default Profile is visually stuck on the old UI design. It does not reflect the recent interface changes associated with the update.

The Troubleshooting Context:

• I have verified that the browser itself is technically updated (via Help > About Firefox).
• The strange part: I have other Firefox profiles on this same machine. When I launch those profiles, they correctly display the new, updated UI.
• This issue is isolated strictly to my main/default profile.

Has anyone experienced this mismatch where the version number is correct, but the UI fails to refresh on a specific profile? Is there a specific fix for this?

I've got a new SSD and have reinstalled Firefox as my browser. In the past I've had the address field on the left and the search field to its right. I can get the search field on the same level as the address field but have not been able to switch their locations.

I have attached a screen shot of that section of my browser home page.

I thank you for whatever suggestions or guidance anyone can give.

When right-clicking on the Firefox icon in the Windows task bar one can pin entries, which then appear in the "Pinned" section of that menu. The description is taken from the title of the website at that point in time.

I would like to rename one such entry (i.e. change the description). How can I do this? The context menu only contains the options "Open" and "Unpin from this list".

In `about:config` I set `mousewheel.with_control.action: 3` quite a while ago, and today, after an update it stopped working. Current version: `146.0.1 (aarch64)`. Any idea why?

My friend recommended this browser to me. When I tried to customize it, I couldn't find an option to change the hotkeys to my preference. I consider this feature important since I use it for work. Can I do this somehow, and is there any plan to add such a feature to the settings?

some items are large, some items are TINY. I have tried resetting my display setting scale, but the url bar, the menu where are my open tabs, the bookmarks toolbar, and some other things re TINY.
