Recently I’ve been unable to play YouTube videos on Firefox: “Video unavailable.”

I’ve tried clearing the cache and cookies, and restarting Firefox in safe mode. I’ve disabled “Use recommended performance settings” and “Use hardware acceleration.” Still no videos.

I’m using a VPN and have several Ff extensions - none of them video related.

The problem seemed to start after the most recent Firefox update. YouTube works fine in Safari.

Thoughts?

I see this popping up, however my system is running on Windows 11, NOT 10. "Windows 10 reached EOS (end of support) on October 14, 2025. If you are on Windows 10, see this article."

Suddenly today when I tried to use facebook, already logged in, I got the message "Account Temporarily Unavailable. Your account is currently unavailable due to a site issue. We expect this to be resolved shortly. Please try again in a few minutes." Yet facebook works fine on Safari and Chrome.

I cleared my settings, except cookies, turned off extensions and restarted firefox which did not help.

What else can I do?-Martha

My windows MSN app says this. When I select '"Open in Browser", this happens.

However, when I select "Video Hub", it works normally.

I tried clearing the cache and cookies. Reset. Uninstalled/reinstalled. I can separately access the website on Firefox.

The email address box does not accept the email address and comes up with an error message. The only way to send an email is to use a different browser ie Google. Emails are still received as normal on Firefox / BT mail

Hello. I am having issues accessing my email account using the Firefox browser. I use Mail.com. When I go to Mail.com and try to login, I get a page with an error message, code, and request ID. The status code is 429. The message says too many requests and the request ID is aff3b7138f66aa8ba82f43c2af68621e. Does anyone know how to resolve this??? I will also reach out to Mail.com to see if they can help. Thanks!

Pbold textage does not scroll. It doesn't even show the scroll bar

All of a sudden I Google search in Firefox isn't fully working. I only use Firefox but I tried the same thing in Edge and that works. I can search simple things in Firefox e.g. recipe for beef stew but when I ask for natural recipe for stain remover on clothes for example it just comes up with the word "thinking" and nothing else happens. I have NOT changed any settings. Thank you. Oriel
