Why does my browser not change from Google to firefox
I notice that Firefox add, rather recently it seems, an ai chatbot. Simple question: how do I remove or disable this? I neither need nor want ai on my devices.

Apparently there is no way to go back to the "old" look and feel. Not a good decision. Seriously thinking of abandoning Firefox (since I used it in WIndows-7) for a browser that will make my life easier, not harder. At 81 years old I don't time to waste futzing around trying to get my home page to work. "Technology getting in the way of Life." There were some mentions of needing to get the HEVC codec from the Windows Store, but I could also not locate that from Microsoft either.
Under about:support, it says HEVC is Unsupported. What am I missing?

I am a personal user. After installing the latest upgrade on my laptop (not the computer I am using now), Firefox now says I'm part of an organization and don't have permission to change settings. It no longer recognizes several browser extensions, including my Bitwarden extension (most annoying). Do I have to uninstall Firefox completely?
