Hello,

I recently switched from Chrome to Firefox and really enjoy using the Fullscreen Mode (F11) while browing Websites, since I hide my taskbar in Windows, hiding the Browsers own taskbar makes for a really immersive browsing experience.

Only problem I've happend upon is, that when Fullscreen Mode is enabled, my automatically hiding Taskbar does not want to appear when being moused over. This is logical behavior and I understand why it does that, but is there some way to change this behavior in the backend of the software?

Hi Folks, When I open a particular web site and click login Firefox shows/suggests use of my actual username. I'd like that to NOT happen (i.e. show nothing) for that (or a few) web sites. I have recently found out that i couldn't add my Avast Antitrack to the system. On querying this with Avast they tell me that Firefox will no longer use this add on. I really want to know why this can no longer be used on Fire fox please.

I have noticed that my CPU runs hotter when playing videos in Mozilla Firefox, for example streaming TV series. Youtube seems to be less affected.

My configuration is:

Dark Power 13, 1000W, 80+ Titanium, modular, ATX COOLER BE QUIET! Silent Loop 3 420 mm SOUND Creative SoundBlasterX AE-5 Plus, 5.1, PCIe, 70SB174000003 CASE BE QUIET! The normal CPU temperature was around 47 c (sometimes even 46 c), but it now goes up to 52-53 c. If I disable hardware acceleration, it goes up to 59 c. If I switch tabs to another that only has static content, the temperature drops.

Additionally, when doing the same thing in Google Chrome, the temperature is perfectly normal.

Is there any way to fix this?

I have had in the past and again recently had the Firefox Icon disappear from my desktop...in the past I've had to uninstall/reinstall to get it back? Is there anyway to retrieve the Icon without going through a uninstall/reinstall?

Hi, I am working on a website to see changes being made. I clear cache, cookies and temporary files and choose Everything. It is still showing the same data on the page. If I got to MicroSoft Edge, it is showing the updated text on the website page.

I'm using a desktop and Windows 10 latest update. Latest update of Firefox too. It used to work before update.
