When I want to do a google search, it will only do an amazon search. So if I am asking a tax question, it brings up amazon products to buy. I can't search anything. Very frustrated.

I would like my Mozilla Firefox bookmarks to stay on the left side and my bookmark toolbar on the right side (just like it used to be). Now both Bookmark toolbar and Mozilla Firefox bookmarks are on the left side , and I can't even search a Mozilla Firefox bookmark using the search window.

I have followed instructions, installed the new Mozilla and, when trying to use it, I get a message to search with google or enter address. Then, I am told that the "browser has crashed . . just tell it to restart" . . . repeatedly Is it not compatible with a Lenovo laptop? Gail Whitaker

I seem to not be able to access the website for my local oil company https://fegleyoil.com/ even though I have been able to do so multiple times over the past few years. I have checked every Firefox setting but am still unable to load their site to order oil. I have successfully been able to load their site not only on my smartphone but also on my work PC. I need to know how to fix this. Please advise and many thanks in advance for any assistance. BTW, it also doesn't load on my home PC in Firefox, Edge or Chrome but again loads just fine on my phone and work PC and my home PC VPN is turned off when I try to access this site and I have it added to my Firefox exceptions to be allowed.

Until recently, when I entered a search request, I only received sponsored links which covered part of the screen. However now the list of sponsored links has grown so much that I am having to scroll through several screen pages before getting to the lings to the actual websites that I am looking for.

The number of sponsored links has grown out of all proportion and means that I am waisting a lot of time scrolling through items that are of no interest to me whatsoever. As an example, I recently made an enquiry about a medical condition and an Amazon sponsored links offered me a good deal on selling me that same medical condition!!!!

How can I or Mozilla reduce the high level of sponsored links. If it cannot be done then I will need to move to another browser.

The last couple of days, Firefox opens in a three-quarter screen size window. I don't want "full-screen" mode but I do want the window to take up my whole desktop when I'm using it. There are no buttons to maximise or minimise and no dragging arrows when I hover over the edges. I don't know why this is happening all of a sudden. How do I fix it please?

When pressing the up arrow key with text in the URL bar, the bottom suggestion is selected, rather than returning the text cursor to the beginning. It used to place the insertion point at the very beginning of whatever text was in there, and then another up arrow press would select the bottom suggestion, but now it instantly wraps to the very bottom selection. It's quite frustrating when trying to modify a search query - now you either have to hold the left arrow key, or accurately click with the mouse

For instance, say I type "cloud" in the URL box, but figure "storm cloud" would be a better search. I can't just press the up arrow to add "storm ", because pressing the up arrow once now just replaces the entire line of text with "https://soundcloud.com/", completely ruining my search. I'm pretty sure this was recently changed with an update. Is there any hope of changing it back?

Yesterday i uninstalled Grammarly but today i am still getting pop-ups saying Grammarly isn't activated yet, but it's been uninstalled! So how do i make the pop-ups stop? That's the whole reason i uninstalled it in the first place.

Whenever I try to launch Firefox, a blank window opens and immediately closes instead of the actual browser. This happens no matter how many times I try, even if I restart my computer. In case it's relevant, I'm using Windows 10.

I use the above site to watch replays of the NFL. Upon updating the browser to the latest version, the page no longer loads the video content. It was working fine on the previous version and is working fine using Microsoft Edge. Can you please suggest a resolution?

When trying to download something, I have to use "Troubleshoot Mode" Downloads fail to complete when in "Regular" mode. Does anyone have any clue what might be causing the problem?

We downloaded the New Firefox Browser 119 and now we cannot check check boxes on our webpages. We can check the box for all, but not for individual check boxes on the same page.

since few years im a bit surprised by the fact, that on firefox, it's harder and harder to do the following customisation : -enable or disable javascript -enable or disable pictures of webpages

the thing is, years ago it was just a one-click setting to change, and now it's looks like to be needed either to go on nerdly-menu (about:config, and know by heart the right one), or to use an addon (that i dont want)

do you know if there is a possibility, for an offline computer (mean bye addons), without going to about:config, to enable/disable both Javascript feature, and picture of webpages?

it's the same for customised search engine : years ago it was faisable with just entering the address of a new one into the common settings, now it's looks like an addon is required.... why?!

years ago no addon nor connection was needed to : -en/disable JS -en/disable images/pictures on webpages -add/remove search engine

..why?

I receive the following message when going to nba.com (just nba.com, no videos, etc)

"A Secure Connection Failed error page will include a description of the error and a Try Again button. There is no option to add a security exception to bypass this type of error."

This (There is no option) means that I have to quit using Firefox?

The latest update of Mozilla Firefox to version 119 x64bit for Windows 10 seems to have peculiar problem. With this update my browser is not allowing to print a page or webpage with print option as "Save to PDF". The print preview of the page is shown with all settings but on clicking print button there has been no file got save or rather no file PDF or anything else gets create. In the same computer both Microsoft Edge and Brave Browser are allowing saving of any rendered page in their browser to save as PDF. This issue is recognized by me after my latest update of Mozilla Firefox. However, the same version of Mozilla Firefox x32bit running in my Windows 7 32 bit machine working correctly. I have tried all the options recommended over internet in this regard by Mozilla forum and others but nothing had worked for me. Even adding of any third party add-ons also remain defunct in this latest Mozilla Firefox browser. This is a serious bug and should be corrected as early as possible and therefore putting this herewith seeking a functional solution.

Since Mozilla released the 119.0 build of Firefox, I have noticed that scrolling Youtube Shorts doesn't work. I can watch the first short and scroll to the second but trying to scroll past that causes the video to jump back up to the first video. The same thing happens when I try to scroll through emails using my ISP web based email client. I can see the first five emails on the list but if I try to scroll further it jumps back up to the first five. I have tried refreshing Firefox and I have tried using the trouble shooting option under help and the scroll issues still happened in both. I have this issue on my laptop as well as this desktop and I even installed a different browser and in that browser scrolling works fine in both Youtube and the web based email client. I was unsure where to report this to Mozilla so I thought I would try here to see if anyone can help.

I have been a loyal Firefox user for many many years. I lost count. I have gone so far as to uninstall Edge from my computer. BUTTTTTTTTTTTTT. Your recent updates are leading me to switch over to Chrome. With your recent updates, I now have to run Firefox in trouble shooting mode in order to be able to access and make my payments in my PayPal account. It now completely messes up my PayPal screen. And, most recently, now I have to click to make a YouTube video play on initial launch. Each time I open a new video, it pauses and I have too click on it to make it play. AND, don't tell me to go check and set the "autoplay" settings. THAT DOES NOT work. So until you guys can show me how to revert back to a previous version of Firefox that worked.. I AM SWITCHING OVER TO CHROME. In my opinion... I consider what you have recently done to me is a VIRUS.. you broke something that worked.. Especially my PayPal stuff

I have to computer with totally different tabs. Will Firefox sync combine the two sets of tabs? I realize that I may have duplicates and a LOT of tabs. I just don't want to lose any tabs or bookmarks when the computers sync afterward. I am currently assuming that the tabs sets will be merged and that I will have to remove duplicates.
