Trying to get back to the mozilla enquiry bar which was taken over by some other company we seem to have cancelled Firefox and now it won't reinstall. What can we do please?

I've been experiencing constant crashing of Firefox for the whole day. Every time I open a heavy site like YouTube it crashes and I have to reopen it and it's fine after that.

I just upgraded to Ubuntu 18.04 and neither Firefox or Thunderbird will connect to the internet. I can ping 8.8.8.8 just fine. I turned off the firewall and they still will not connect. They connected just fine before the upgrade. I changed the proxy to no proxy and system proxy. Still no luck. What am I missing?

Im using Firefox Developer 63.0b2 x64 on Windows 7 x64. Since last update, i can't start Firefox normally. Process appears in task manager, but there is no Firefox window. After few seconds process closes. I've tried to run profile manager, but the same thing is happening. I've also tried reinstalling Firefox - it works to the next Firefox restart. Does anyone have any idea what to do about that?

I recently had to do a Restore to Firefox. Ever since then I can't add bookmarks to my Bookmarks Toolbar. When I select Customize I do see the Bookmark Toolbar Items and I've been able to add things like the Pinterest Save button, but when I try to add an actual bookmark by dragging it into the toolbar I get a circle with a slash through it and the bookmark won't save.

I also can't restore any of what shows as previous bookmark backups. When I try to do a Restore it say it is unable to process the Restore, no matter how far back I go. My bookmark list is completely empty. 

Any ideas on why I can't save bookmarks to the Bookmarks Toolbar?

I have a MacBook running Gigh Sierra 10.13.6 and Firefox 62.0.2 I have just found out that one of the applications I use only supports Firefox 60. Is there anyway I can go back to that version?

When I check document.cookie, I saw "popunder=yes; popundr=yes; setover18=1" at the end of the set cookies by the webserver or by javascript code. So, it was clear that these cookies are set afterwards. But, how?

I've been having issues w/FF 61.0.2 losing everything new such as new bookmarks, ANY setting. Have posted Qs and followed various steps. Finally tried a complete reinstall. I uninstalled (from Windows 7 Pro 64b), rebooted, downloaded & used the installer, w/gave me 62.0.2 which is only 3 days old. Only hiccup was an error stating 'MS Register Server has stopped working' and I chose 'close the program'.

I specifically unchecked the box upon install to NOT use any old settings when it prompted me 'FF has been installed before' yet a fresh install now gives me my old profiles prompt. I do not want ANY old settings. I need a COMPLETELY new pristine FF install.

Please help me get back to using FF where I can save bookmarks, install uBlock, make cookie exceptions, only default profile, etc.

Click any image on the left in this Google Map Images and it should show up in full on the right, but Alas, Firefox is the only browser that is incapable of rendering the image in full on the right hand side, what gives?

Firefox works fine until I run Chrome, after or while using Chrome Firefox gives a failure to load tab error. Can be fixed (?) by reinstalling Firefox...until I use Chrome, at which point the Firefox 'failure' reoccurs

I look at photos on a site called Izismile.com and when I click on a certain collection, it's supposed to open in a new tab. My control is set to do that but every time I get a Firefox Update, it stops working. How do we fix this??

Hi, I use outlook email, and they changed me over to beta. Ever since, when I'm trying to scroll down and check my email list, the screen keeps bouncing up to the top emails. It's impossible to scroll down the lower ones. (They took away the option to switch out of beta.) Thanks!

On just about any web page I work on, after this recent upgrade to 60.2.1esr on my Macbook Pro, I cannot find the text input boxes. There is no outline visible at all until I click somewhere inside the "invisible" box to make it visible. This tiresome... And additionally, the colors seem so washed out - tables and spreadsheets are so hard to read now! I tried some of the available themes but they didn't help any.

My old Firefox had a popup box whenever I logged into a website, Updated version has a similar popup with a blue "Save" button but when I hit it it instantly disappears and login details are NOT saved. I am running on Windows 10

Hello! Long time Firefox user here, first time poster. From my UX, I've noticed FF History and Address Bar search of previously visited pages' behavior changes. I hope I'm not the only one. This happened ~1yr ago (maybe when I updated to version 57) but I couldn't quite put my finger on the issue.

TLDR: Why is FF History displaying google URLs instead of the actual webpage they point to? (SEE IMAGE BELOW)

Why does this make a difference? I can't search for keywords such as "how convert height element" like I used to !!

Is this a known issue? PLEASE FIX THIS :)

In the interim it has cleared the sign-in info my 1Password program has entered on the first loading. This has happened through many Firefox updates, but as yet hasn't been fixed. The support pages don't address this issue. I am using a 2017 iMac with OS 10.13.6

Recently I lost my bookmark toolbar. I tried the customize fix suggested in other thread but there is no bookmark toolbar item to drag up. So I tried reset but did not help. Strange thing is if I open up a private window my toolbar is there

I was running Firefox beta and suddenly the minimized pages would not restore to their previous sizes. I uninstalled Firefox and installed the new version from the web site. All bookmarks, history and passwords were updated to the new install, however nothing appears on the tab, not ever the Firefox home page and none of my bookmarks work. There is simply no link. I am running Windows 10 (32 bit) and have a vpn. I am using Chrome to contact you, but would like to go back to firefox asap. I use my computer for work, and cannot be without it.
