Had to give up using Firefox because I can't open CenturyLink Email. Being told login does not match, but when I use the login on another browser, works fine. It does no good to change password as it will only open one time and then goes back to login does not match. I miss Firefox browser but must get to my Email. Help if you can! Jack Jackson

When I login to my Virgin Mobile Canada account (at https://www.virginplus.ca/myAccount/logon-smart.do), it displays the error:

Bad Request

Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand. Size of a request header field exceeds server limit. The URL for the error message starts with https://www.ges.bell.ca/siteminderagent/SmMakeCookie.ccc?SMSESSION=

After getting the error, when I got back to https://myaccount.virginplus.ca/, I find that I am logged in. Also, I do not get this error with Edge.

I accidentally deleted a login username and password in my password list. Is there a way to recover that password?

Hi I just had to reset my windows installation, I am currently signed in on my account on my phone. I was signed in on the computer as well before the reset, after the reset I tried to sign in and I realized I have forgotten my password. I really don't want to have to reset my password because I just now learned that it resets all of my passwords and history. I would love to know how I can move forward without the loss of all my passwords.. Short of using my phone account to look Each one and physically write down the passwords. I mean if I have to, I have to.. but I would really rather not. please if you could help I would really appreciate it..

When I export Passwords the file has 3 col timeCreated timeLastUsed timePasswordChanged

that do not show as date or time format - I try formatting in excel and no good.. Yes I hit convert when opening the csv vis excel Thank you

I recently installed a new version of Firefox as advised on opening my browser. Since the new version was installed I am now missing very important passwords and all the bookmarks from my other bookmarks folder. I have tried going through the trouble shooting procedures but without success, I'm just being sent round in circles. I have been using Firefox for the past eleven years and have never experienced losing any passwords or bookmarks in the past.

I have read in an article a statement that Primary Password encrypts all saved logins, therefore it is safer and recommended to use it. Well, I observed that it does not really matter if the password is set for the contents of logins.json, it does not change. What exactly is encrypted by Primary Password and how does it improve security?

I also tried to set the same password for different websites (I used a different mail tho) and the output in logins.json is different, which is even more confusing to me.

The output itself is kind of strange, the first part of it seems to be the same for almost all entries and looks like that: MEoEEPgAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAEwFAYIKoZIhvcNAwc.

Hi, I need to reinstall my windows, I forget my Firefox account and create a new one and lost all my saved password. Is there any way to retrieve it? I create Firefox account ofc to save the password, but if the account cannot save the password whats the point to create an account.

I set my Primary Password, and when I open Firefox, the Password dialog opens asking for it. However, if I hit "Cancel", or just close the dialog box, lthe password is bypassed and Firefox opens as normal.

at first I thought my passwords did not transfer from safari to Firefox . Firefox said that I'm all signed in and everything is good. If not, please let me know. thanks

Whenever I sign in to sync my browser it keeps asking me to sign in again to reconnect to sync.

I've tried reinstalling the browser, deleting the Mozilla directory in %APPDATA% and reinstalling, removing account and signing in again.

No matter what I do I keep getting asked to sign in again to reconnect even though the initial sign in was successful.

Signed up for an account to sync browsers between machines. The email is received within a couple seconds, but the code is expired when I input it (with about 9 1/2 minutes to spare for the ten minute window).
