For the past few days, my picture-in-picture that shows up for videos always just goes to fullscreen. I am unable to resize the video or have anything else up, it just becomes a full screen of whatever I chose which defeats the purpose, I feel, of this setting.

Please help.

I'm trying to generate API key to access addon APIs using the addons.mozilla.org -> tools->Manage Api Keys.

As web screen states before generating the key I need to confirm it via email, however no confirmation email was sent to "[email address]". This might be relevant to the issue, the account email was changed from "[email address]" to "[email address]" some time ago.

We've checked the following link trying to troubleshoot the issue on our end, but had no success. We haven't found the way how to resend the email via UI.

Could you please resend the confirmation email for API key to "[email address]" once more?

I have met this issue twice. Before I retired my old PC, I did click the "sync now". However, when I login in Firefox in my new PC, I found the bookmarks are very very out of date. Because my old PC was formatted, I lost my latest bookmarks in Firefox.

Could you help with this?

Hi. I've been having this problem with my iMac for sometime, but now it's affecting my Macbook Pro, as well. Both machines are 2015, running OS 10.15.7.

They have problems loading webfonts (I get the annoying question marks). I tried creating a new test user, and the issue persisted. Any ideas on what I should do?

After the last update, when I read my local paper online, Firefox will not advance to the next page when I reach the bottom of the page. I have to manually click on the next page arrow. Two other browsers will still advance so I'm thinking it must be a Firefox issue. Please help

Hi Firefox team Hope you are doing well. Having been using FIREFOX for ages, continue to use it and tell others to use it.

For the last couple of days encountering a problem. I regularly visit www.tribalfootball.com website to read soccer news. Never had any issue. For the last two days, when I go to www.tribalfootball.com, the home page of the site comesup, but then automatically takes me to https://duta.in/tribalfootball-iframe.php after few seconds. Whatever I do to get back to tribalfootball site home page, it again takes me to duta.in website.

Don't know why this is happening and also don't know how to fix it. Uninstalled FIREFOX from my macbook and installed again but the issue still remains. Any help from you would be great. Note that I don't see this issue in Safari browser.

I'm completely at a loss with this. Firefox is not able to open eBay category lists. Clicking on the drop-down "Shop by Category", link or any of the sub-category links within the menu go nowhere except for a gateway timeout error after a number of minutes. This is incredibly inconvenient, because unless you are looking for a specific item by searching for it, you have no way to browse through categories. I don't seem to have this problem with any other website that I can think of, but since I use eBay quite regularly (daily), it has long ago gone from annoying to down right intolerable.

This isn't a problem with Safari, but I seldom use that browser preferring to use Firefox instead.

I've tried every solution I've come across. From giving permissions, turning of Firefox Enhanced Tracking, turning off any ad blockers I have. Using Troubleshoot Mode, manually turning off and on extensions, clearing history and all remnants of eBay in case of corrupt cookies or anything else for that matter. I've even lit black candles while dancing beneath a dark moon in hopes of exercising what seems to be a long resident multi-year demon. And the damn thing isn't even paying any rent!

I am on an iMac, using Catalina with everything up to date.

So, I have two questions:

1.) Does everyone else still have this problem? I've seen pages of search results on Google for this and similar issues with eBay and Firefox stemming back three or more years.

2.) If you do not have this problem, what have you done other than fixes I've listed? And if you happened to include a particular color candle and phase of the moon differing from mine even that suggestion would be appreciated. :)

Entire screen taken over by what I think is a Bogus security alert. Claims to be Apple Platform Security - *** ACCESS TO THIS PC HAS BEEN BLOCKED*** ... it has been infected with a Trojan Spyware This is followed by phone numbers to "contact Mac Support - 1-833-798-2936— (plus another number)" I have contacted Apple and APPLE SAYS: they would never send such a notice. IMPORTANT: This only occurs on FIREFOX. It won't go away when I shut down or even if I erase and reload Firefox app. NOTE: It does NOT happen with Safari.

I subscribe to the Times.co.uk but past few days am unable to navigate on the website eg if I press 'show more on the web page' nothing happens. `It does work however if I access using my Safari browser, so clearly not a 'Times' issue

I tried to log in to my bank and it says "access denied." I may have changed a setting or something on Firefox or my VPN. I'm confused, am not very computer savvy. I went to Apple store last weekend for phone and they said I should use Safari for info security, so I made that default on my Mac Mini (where I'm writing now) for a couple days, but then got blocked from a website where I plan to apply for a job, so I went back to Firefox, after I read articles saying that Firefox is more secure. I am using a VPN, so is that part of the problem ? (shouldn't be, because I have had that for a year or so). I don't know what to do, and it is after 12:45 am now, and I have to go to bed, have to get up for work in 6 hours. I hope someone has some help for me when I log in tomorrow. I own a mac and had to erase all my data from my computer in order to upgrade to new system. Issue is - the apple support person did not remind me to save down my firefox browser data/bookmarks. Now my mac is updated and it's like a brand new computer. I searched previous forums and apparently firefox automatically saves down your data but I don't see it in the appropriate folder (Old Firefox Data >bookmarkbackups) - I see data from 2016 and 2017. Can I recover these bookmarks?? I had a lot of important ones saved..
