When I type "cl" in the address bar, "https://cloud.google.com/" is immediately auto-completed. It's listed above Firefox Suggest (see attached screenshot), and I've got everything but Bookmarks and Open Tabs disabled. I've also deleted all references to "cloud.google.com" from my history.

Where might this suggestion be coming from?

When I close a private browsing session and open it again, the given permissions for cross-site cookies are still there and Google remembers my last search results from the last private session (in the suggestions below the search box)!?

When I first start up firefox in the morning I have a strange script (see image). When I reboot my Mac Ventura 13.0 the problem goes away. How do I get rid of this problem. I have ABC Extended, Japanese, Hebrew and Greek input keyboards (English is default). I asked IT department - they don't know how to fix.

Everytime I try to open a tab on my Firefox window, it loads for a second before a blank screen saying that my tab has crashed. The only times I can open a new tab is on a private window.

Hello All, Hulu tells me I must pause my Ad Blocker to watch a show. I click Turn off add blocker, but it just keeps re-directing me to out-of-date, unrelated community discussions. Can anyone help me? Thanks to All.

Do you (as a Mac user) experience the same or similar:

44 instances of FirefoxCP Isolated Web Content ranging from 60MB-918MB each, with 18 of them above 200MB and 5 of them above 400MB. I have 15 tabs open and in practical terms almost nothing else open on the computer (a brand new M3 silicon iMac). It has 8 GB of memory. I had similar experiences in the past, but never as bad as now. I do not know everybody else can live with this.

Is this how Firefox is designed to operate or is this a bug?

Hi, we have had to stop using FF as default browser as it has become unfit for purpose. Daily loses all open tabs when reloading and NO, there is no restore tabs option. It frequently does not completely load pages that open ok in safari. And yes, we have tried numerous fixes in setting, et ceteras Any suggestions? thank you.

Space Bar will at random, stop working. I have tried Troubleshoot mode and works. then a day or two space bar stops working. I uninstalled and reinstalled and have the same issue. This does not happen on Edge, or Google. If I am doing online work, I don't use Firefox because of Space Bar issue. Please advise.

I am using Firefox 115.8.0esr version. I had previous userchrome.css from older versions of firefox from 5 years back which does not work anymore.

Need userchrome.css content for highlighting background color of bookmarks in dropdown.

Can you someone provide me with this userchrome.css snippet to high bookmarks with background color in URL dropdown box?

In firefox 1230 I can't see which tab is active because it has been improved. is that such a great idea -I know it makes us fiddle around for longer and if that is the intention then no one will want to change it except me.

I am a scientist who has no time for local quirkiness and prefer to have the correct timestamp on all documents in Firefox. I do not wish to ever see any of this nonsense 03/04/96 trash on my computer since it is completely meaningless and hence is trash which needs to be removed automatically. 2024 03 07 19:19

Hello, I recently used my MacBook Air to connect with a projector for a classroom presentation. The presentation was using Google Slides. I adjusted the settings to optimize the presentation--setting the navigation and bookmarks bars to hide when in full screen.

I normally use my Firefox browser in full screen mode, but have the navigation bar and tool bar visible.

I cannot figure out how to undo what I did so that my navigation bar and toolbar are visible again when I am in full screen mode. Indeed, when I move the pointer to the top of the screen to make the navigation bar and toolbar visible, I cannot move the pointer back to the navigation bar or toolbar without it disappearing again. Essentially, I need to undo full screen mode.
