i tried changing any and all settings, clearing cache, using troubleshooting mode etc to no avail.

i use fedora 38 beta (it was also a problem on 37 stable) with ffmpeg installed.

i use biwarden, sponsorblock, ublock origin, stylus, google container, youtube shorts block and some custom css.

i am running a system with an i3 10105f, an rx 6600 and 16gb of ram.

firefox is installed with the version off of the firefox website.

reinstalling it worked briefly, but it broke again after a little bit of time.

Hi, We have a web application built on SAP e-Commerce . When the page is posted we get 405-Method Not Found error only for the first time and only in Firefox. Please let me know what can be possible solutions

I use an Acer Travelmate Spin B3, and when using Firefox and pressing the screen down key, the screen either does nothing, or moves to the end of the document, not just one screen down. Can anybody help?

my hotmail inbox simply disappears. I sign in, inbox messages are there temporarily, then they just disappear. All of them. I have to sign out and back in, messages are there again but then disappear. All other folders are there and do not disappear. This does not happen when I tried Chrome. Any ideas please..? tks

HI all, I've just only recently noticed that EBay doesn't load in Firefox. This only started a few days ago - and I have never had a problem before in decades of using Firefox and EBay. I have changed no settings in Firefox at all for a long time.

FireFox works well for everything I need except for youtube. There is usually a 5-10 second delay before a video starts playing. And once it is playing the video will often stutter (audio stays fine). Overall the site just runs really slow. I've tried using a private window and the problem is present there without any of my extensions active. Also I've tested on Chrome and youtube runs much smoother in that browser. Please help?

Unable to login to costco travel, get spinning dot. tried many times and have VPN off. Note: I can login to Costco.com, no issues

problem with clearing cookies and site data cpu firefox.exe rises to 60% and the browser itself starts to blunt and hang the whole process takes 15 minutes

also the question is why there is no setting where data that is more than a year itself is not deleted?

Not getting any sound from Firefox. All other applications are providing sound and so are other internet browsers, so the problem is purely Firefox. I had tried refreshing, but nothing is fixing the issue. Any suggestions?

As of April 5, 2023, I have not been able to access my healthcare account on Kaiser Permanente through my PC. The only change I remembered doing was installing the add-on "Dark Reader" the previous night. Then on April 5, 2023 when I tried to sign on to KP by clicking the "Sign In" hyperlink on the home page, the sign in prompt or web script/page never loads; it just gets stuck with the "Loading" text and spinning wheel in the middle of the screen "https://healthy.kaiserpermanente.org/consumer-sign-on".

I found a similar issue on Mozilla Support and followed many of the troubleshooting guides and solutions, but to no avail. Here are the things I did per this link "https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1199184" and other guides:

   -Updated video card
   -Fire Fox Safe mode
   -Disabled, removed add-on extensions, disabled hardware acceleration, disabled java script, default themes
   -Restored Fire Fox
   -Disabled VPN

I accessed the same healthcare website on Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge on the same PC, and it successfully loaded the "Sign In" screen. I also logged into two additional laptops and installed Fire Fox brand new got the same negative results.

I was able to successfully get to the "sign in" page using IOS (iphone) Fire Fox app. So, at this point I figured it might just be a Windows Fire Fox problem for this specific website.

Please see if you can also replicate this issue, or offer any other solution ideas. I've attached two pictures; one is the stuck on loading, and the other is the sign in page that should have loaded. Thanks.

...when I open Amazon Prime video nothing works on the page ... it freezes ... cannot close (x out) ... need to force close using CCleaner program. Other open Firefox pages freeze at the same time ... Amazon chat was open in separate page and the chat page froze as well. ...the same with Netflix ...the same with video pages accessed by clicking on link in CNN news items I do not get an error message ... just total freeze.

Neither Malwarebytes nor Norton think it is a virus.

Firefox has been my standard for years, but today an Amazon customer service rep suggested I try Chrome to access the Prime video site. CHROME WORKS. I therefore conclude there is a glitch in Firefox. Note that I clear all cookies after every internet session with the CCleaner program.

Why are my pages freezing? Can you suggest a fix?

Tab or sometimes the Firefox process crashes when playing youtube video after a while. The tab / process doesn't crash immediately but will continue playing the video for as long as almost 1hr before crash.

probably it is just an estetic issue but as I'm using several webgl intensive apps I would like to know how to "reset" mozilla gpu detection.

A link opens automatically in Firefox as soon as I turn on my PC. And that link redirect the page to some other link. This is happening from past several days. I have attached a SS of those links. What is the solution ? Is there a way in Firefox to block such links ? Early response appreciated.
