There is one site, where my IRA is located, ("mystreeetscape.com:") where I am never able to open my statements or retrieve tax documents. I get the message "Please wait while we retrieve your documents" but the circle just keeps going around forever. This has persisted for quite a while, and I would rather not download and use another browser if Firefox is able to work for this. I have not had this problem with any other bank accounts or financial places - eg: Fidelity is fine, etc.

I asked a question earlier about being blocked from a site that I frequent while using Firefox but not when using Edge. I don't use Edge much but another difference has become apparent. Many of the sites like news sites an information sites seem to take longer to open than they used to on Firefox, I can see little icons going back and forth in the tab at top. Normally this lasts for ten seconds or so then the site I was after appears. I was on Edge and noted that this was not happening. I spent several minutes going back and forth and I definitely have an issue with Firefox. I have Windows 10 running on an old desktop. I use Express VPN I use BitDefender In Firefox I use Adblock Plus, Ghostery, I use Duck Duck search

Do I need a new version of Firefox or what? It says it is up to date 121.0.1 Have been using Firefox for years and not had any issues like these. Mark

Since installing NordVPN I am unable to login. FireFox will not accept my password. However, it works on my android phone. I have installed the NordPass extension but the problem persists. How do I fix this issue. I want Bitwarden to manage my passwords.

I tried to follow this theme's([https://github.com/PROxZIMA/Sweet-Pop.../Sweet-Pop]) installation guide. After I installed it the userChrom and userContent css files have been updated and the result was that the browser header has been changed but the homepage/newtab's UI hasn't been updated. I enabled toolkit.legacyUserProfileCustomizations.stylesheets option in the about:config section. Did somebody have similar issue?

a few days ago, i encountered this weird symbol on my toolbar (check image). it basically looked like a blue keyhole, and this was the first time i encountered something like it, so i ran a gamut of virus scans from many different tools to see if it was a PUP virus or whatever, but nothing came up as a hit. I was puzzled on WHAT it was, but after i shut my browser down and rebooted it, the blue keyhole symbol vanished

so.....wat was dat?

I am on Linux, with font defaults on 15px. I have also set the minimum font size in firefox to 15, yet all content of webpages and even the settings menu (which I've noticed ignores the font size settings entirely) is minuscule by comparison - I found the font sizes of the adress bar (respecting system font size of 15) matching webpages scaled to 140% or minimum fonts set to 22.

Changing the `layout.css.devPixelsPerPx` scales the adress bar too, aside of just scaling all elements, not text.

Windows 10 64bit pc. After factory reset and reinstall of Firefox, 2 extensions are enabled but the menu bar won't allow them. These worked OK before the reset.

Troubleshooting within Firefox won't work because it disables the extensions.

The messages from Extensions say "Can't read and change data on this site" The extensions are enabled (turned on).

The 2 extensions are Malwarebytes Browser Guard and Video DownloadHelper I am using DuckDuckGo as my browser. I tried switching to Google, but same problem.

Hello, I am working on a web app where quite sizable around 45 mb webassembly module is used. The wasm file it self is cached by the browser but it is compiled to the device on every page refresh and it takes some time. I would like to cache this compiled module, but didn't find any information how this could be done except some 5 years old information about using indexed db and then information about removing that possibility.

How one could cache compiled web assembly module?

I'll not divulge my opinions of this FireFox add-on.

Recently, I've found I cannot successfully submit a superchat donation on Youtube while using Firefox. I was successful using Edge browser. Firefox asks to confirm the card number I'm using to chat, but then once acknowledged, the screen stays grey/white and doesn't ever clear to process the chat.

I make frequent use of the Windows system-level keyboard shortcut Windows Logo button + M to go directly to the Windows desktop. Firefox does not respond to this keyboard shortcut by minimizing. How can I fix this? I already tried refreshing Firefox. This is a big enough issue to get me to abandon the browser, since I depend on keyboard shortcuts.

I play diggy's adventure when I select full screen the game stays the same size but at the top of the screen the bottom half is black, I tried on a different browser and it works ok.

youtube audio library is not working in this mozilla firefox. When I play an aduio from youtube audio library , they show me a message which is (Audio track is unavailable). Other audio and YouTube video is woking perfectly. Please solve this issues.

The Add-ons Manager tab is automatically presented as one of the tabs when I start Mozilla. How do I configure Mozilla so that the Add-ons Manager tab is not presented?

I am using Firefox on a new PC. Whenever I type something into the address bar, all results appear under a small Firefox Suggest header, even though Firefox Suggest is not available to me in the United Kingdom. I believe it is possible to remove this header through about:config, and I did so on my old PC shortly after FIrefox Suggest was released in 2021, although I have long forgotten how to do this for obvious reasons. Could somebody please explain how this header can once again be removed, or is it a permanent feature? Thank you in advance.

I am having a significant issue with firefox draining my battery. I used chrome up until the new year and then switched over to firefox from chrome. Overall I love firefox so much more. The format is way more pleasing. I love how it easily signs me back into everything, BUT IT DRAINS MY COMPUTER SO MUCH. Like i used to have an 8hour + battery span my laptop neverrr died. Now I get through MAX 2 hours of full use before needing to charge, and maybe 4 hours just having it at school but not using it.

I thought my dell suddenly started crashing, ran all these tests, and then I realized the only change was that I had started using Firefox... So sad I think I am going to have to leave it.

I read a lot of articles and did everything suggested. my graphics is webreader , i turned on all the suggested features, i have 2 extensions , the only thing I could maybe think of was that I use an animated theme so maybe that was killing the battery, but like if I can't use my theme than whats the point.

i had to reset my laptop due to certain reasons ..but i didnt back up things .as i re-downloaded firefox and logged in with my old account ..i didn't get me logg-in passwords for various sites back

Firefox = 121.0.1 64-bit Win10 = 22H2 (19045.3930)

Not for the first time but the 3rd in the past few months I was closing a tab in Firefox and my PC immediately reset. No warning, just straight to blank screen as soon as I closed a tab (I had 4 open). Next thing I knew it was going through re-boot. No crash report in Firefox.

This last time I had Facebook open, I had a video in Facebook popped-out, it had finished playing and I went to close the FB tab.

I'm not sure where the issue is exactly, but I suspect its something to do with different standards of storing images in clipboards.

If you see the images, this is a screenshot of an Excel grid, taken using win 11 snap tool (shift+win+s). I paste this into paint.net (5.0.12) Then select all and copy/paste into Confluence using Firefox. The edges of the images are either shifted, or a line is added.

If I use Paint instead of paint.net, it is ok. If i use Edge instead of Firefox, it is ok. Saving the file as png and importing it and its ok. Pasting from paint.net into Powerpoint and its ok.

Any ideas what is causing this or how to fix it? I'm going to ask Atlassin (Confluence) and paint.net help as well.
