I am unable to access any websites. For example, Amazon, Belk, Walmart, etc. I have shut the computer down several times to no avail. My wifi is working fine. I am puzzled as to how I was able to access this support site. This has been a problem for at least a week now but I could eventually access websites but this morning I have made numerous attempts to no avail.

I wanted to make a suggestion, and report a complaint, but all I get from Firefox are endless loops of discussions about things I don't care about and are irrelevant to me! Where's the actual "submit feedback here" button? Where's the What's your problem button?

I've spent an hour wandering through endless screens of help articles and discussion threads. Now I"m just tired of not being able to even report a problem or make a suggestion!

Your whole support system is a morass of failure much like a government operation!

If it matters to anyone: I am using Firefox to play 2 online games: Settlers Online, and RailNation. I am using Vivaldi to play another instance of RailNation.

When I switch from one tab to another or the other browser for any length of time I get disconnected from both Settlers Online and from RailNation. And sometimes I have to restart Firefox or clear cache to get them to reload! This did not happen in previous versions. Win11, new Dell Inspiron, if that makes a difference.

What ever happened to multitasking? What ever happened to persistence?

If I try to connect to this site (see image) I receive the message shown in return. I only get this message using Firefox, no problems with other browsers (Chrome, Edge, Opera etc). Using Win 11. Any suggestions on a cure?

Hello, I may be in the wrong place, but I do not know all the proper terminology or definitions. I use Firefox for my browser. I have for many years. Starting yesterday, I was unable to access my History, I tried the other items across the top of the screen and none of them are accessible. Somewhere I saw I should click on a menu button for finding history: I cannot find a menu button "in the upper corner". I kept looking for help and was sent in circles. I also kept seeing something about Firefox Accounts; and Firefox Accounts vs. Mozilla Accounts: I have NO idea what that means. I tried to sign in: no. So, I think I have created a Firefox account now, with a password and done the "reset". I also do not know what that means, but here I am. Please someone tell me how to get help: help that does not assume I already know the answer. Thank you.

I can't log in at https://addons.mozilla.org

It input my mail and password, wait for a loading screen and then I get a yellow box with the message "You have been logged out."

No matter how many times I try, I always get the same message. I can log in with my main account, but not with this one, which is the one where I have an add-on I'd like to update.

Hi I am using Windows 10 on a laptop and Yahoo mail.

In the Yahoo contacts section, I cannot scroll up and down the list of contacts or scroll individual contacts information. I can scroll my emails.

All works if I use the Edge browser.

Anyone have any ideas?

Over the last few days I've been noticing that the firefox browser will stop while I'm typing and then a minute later the text will appear, also if I move to a different window while this is happenning the text dfirefox won't open and when it does the text won't appear. I know some people have solved this by turning off a text cursor thing but I checked and it wasn't on. I updated and turned off my laptop but that only fixed it for a few hours, and then it started freezing again.

Why anyone would want import bookmarks and other bookmarks on the toolbar totally eludes me, given both live in the menu area. Can this be fixed in future updates PLEASE.

Today I unistalled firefox on my windows laptop and then installed it again. Now my saved passwords are gone.

1. can I get them back? 2. if I can't - will the passwords be erased on all firefox servers so that no one can access the information? I hope so...

Today I try to log on to SOCALGAS. This is the Gas company for all of southern cal. using a recently updated version of Firefox browser. The problem started : After logging into site , the next page refused to load. It just recycled over and over again. I open another browser : Bing and the pages needed to pay my mom's bills loaded. After calling the Gas company with my problem I realized the problem was the browser.

How do I fix this problem?

I get this when I attempt to go to https://www.crutchfield.com I have cleared cached data. Turned off the firewall and vpn. Any help would be great.

HELP I've been without my email for 2 weeks. I have changed my password in firefox.com/settings/change password and it does not work when I sign in. It does not change the password that is in the "about log ins." and I can't change the password there nor the login page. It uses the old password when I login. I have received an email from firefox to my secondary acct. that the password has been changed ( I don't know if this is important). the email I am trying to access is sales@gclenterprises.com. The secondary account (cpagcl@gclenterprises.com) works fine!

When I open Firefox it opens to a totally blank page. If I open another tab it looks like it should look with a search bar and quick access buttons. How do I get this info to the first tab when it opens?

Everytime I update Firefox, I have to continuouly verify my PNC bank account. It's not on their side, it's something with Firefox.  I tried adding to remove enhabced tracking proctection & to allow the cookies from the site. How can I get to my login????

I am trying to access onedrive.com in firefox and the site won't connect unless I open it in a private window. I cleared cookies and history and shut off all extensions but that didnt fix the problem. I used to access onedriuve without issue in a regular firefox browser window but until recently that has changed. Please advise

All I get now is a black box instead of a picture and inactive answer boxes Any thoughts?

I've written in with this problem before, but got no emailed notification of replies, and don't know how to locate my previous post. The problem has happened again today.

I was running Firefox with four Windows open (fewer than I used to before this problem started happening) and maybe a dozen or more tabs in each window. Suddenly, all four windows disappeared, and when I got Firefox restarted, only three of the windows came back. There was no trace at all of the one I had been using (probably looking at a YouTube video), and the "History" top menu item had the "Recently Closed Windows" tab greyed out. So my window was lost without any trace of ir or of the tabs it contained.   Much like this has happened before, except that on this occasion, the window I was actually using was the one that disappeared. No error messages appear.

I always have Chrome running at the same time, with two windows open. I've not experienced any such problem there.

I'm using a desktop PC with Windows 10. I also have a laptop, similarly configured which has not suffered the same problem. (No Chrome there.) I'm running a paid for version of Avast on both machines.
