Hi!

I am getting messages that I am blocking ads for many of my internet requests. I had never received these before but all of a sudden I started to get them. I have tried a number of things but nothing works.

I am running Windows 11 and do not have any Ad blockers.

Hello. I am setting up a site on Linux server using Apache as reverse proxy , with ASP.NET as application server . since installing SSL , I had few mixed content blocking that i was managed to fix using CSP directive in Apache configuration file. site has no issue with all browser except Firefox. the only issue is that in admin section , to configure a option. system will load a js file that simply a dropdown with list of options to choose from . when using Firefox , it tries to redirect that page to login page . for test , i clicked on the link i located in Developer tools , which directed me to login page , entered my credentials, and scripts loads showing the drop down box and ok button. is been 3 weeks i been looking for every solution and i have done everything .. but nothing have worked. now I am resort to having to use other browsers if i need to use that functionality in admin page. In page header file name : login , location : http://MYDOMAIN.ca/login?ReturnUrl=%2FAdmin%2FDiscountRulesCustomerRoles%2FConfigure%3FdiscountId%3D6%26_%3D1702682353293 , which are not correct . and browser such as Brave and Safari dose not show different path and file name and everything is correct. dose anyone know how to fix this .. ? i saw a solution mentioned as stated resting Firefox ,but can not find a way to reset , but i have reinstalled Firefox and constantly having this issue on this single section of the page . whenever I use a fire fox browser my game (specifically minecraft doesnt happen on any other game) my mouse goes completely invisible whenever my browser is open, and ive tried closing it and trying a different browser like waterfox which also gets the issue and ive tried chrome that DOESNT get the issue. I havent had this problem before since recently and I dont believe I have done any changes to my game or my firefox so i'd like to get help on why this happens specifically on firefox/waterfox, and why its only minecraft and no other games

Hi, This is more of a nuisance than a serious problem. I am constantly getting a header message in Sharepoint "allow access to Microsoft 365 account". When I choose "allow access" I get a pop-up that lets me choose my institutional SSO account, which says I'm signed in already. This doesn't occur in Chrome (where I'm logged into my institutional email).

Does anyone know how to stop this message from popping up every 5 minutes?

I am new to Sharepoint (and not impressed!). I don't actually see any difference in its behavior whether I've allowed access or not.

I have tried repeatedly and failed. At the point where I select the backup file as per the instructions, I dont get a confimation of success or failure, which leaves me in doubt if I have done the recovery correctly. When I come to look at the bookmarks, nothing happens. The bookmarks and the software to open them are not connecting. Can you help?

Hello there. Firefox has just updated to 130.0, and it’s changed the appearance of the dark theme. There are now blazing white borders around the buttons in the toolbar.

This defeats the object of having a dark mode. They also flicker off and on when the cursor passes over them. I fear it may already be giving me a headache.

Is there anything that can be done about this? Some option I’ve missed to make dark mode actually dark again? User-control of theme components would be the dream, so we could darken the text on browser tabs and the menu bar as well.

Firefox has quite recently started showing a new and very annoying behaviour.

When I have multiple tabs open with image files, Firefox will randomly unload the images when I switch between tabs. There seems to be no rhyme or reason as to when and why. In one instance I may be able to go through 10 tabs without an issue, and in other instances it will unload and have to reload images multiple times, even if I am only switching between two tabs.

Sometimes the images will reload automatically a couple of seconds after switching to a new tab, and other times the image will not reload unless I navigate away to a different website and then hit the back button to return to the image. In either case, it's extremely aggravating when looking back and forth between two images in different tabs to compare differences when they reload every single time I switch between them.

This only seems to happen with image files. I can have any number of web pages open in different tabs and they will not unload, but if the address points directly to an image it exhibits this behaviour.

I have already looked for solutions and tried disabling the 'browser.tabs.unloadOnLowMemory' option through the 'about:config' menu, but this has no effect on the behaviour at all. It continues to unload images when this option is set to 'false'.

This behaviour is a very recent change from how Firefox usually works, so I'm assuming that it's something to do with the latest update(s). I've only noticed it happening in the past couple of weeks, though I don't remember exactly when in that timeframe the problem first appeared.

Looking for any possible solutions or options that I might try to correct this.

My firefox browser has a problem for first time. A few URLs in history are rapidly cycling through the address bar. The page scrolls automatically moveing my browser window to the bottom. Attempts to bring it back failed as it rapidly goes back to bottom. It is like the browser is being manipulated from outside. The problem is not present in Edge browser! I tried to open settings but the page doesn't display GENERAL menu choices, and is stuck to what's new. The rapidity of movement is like flickering due to a malfunctioning keyboard key stuck at some point. Any suggestions?

When I type in Word 365 (Mozilla Firefox, 129.0.2 (64-bit)- snap for Ubuntu 24.04), using East European characters (e.g. š, č, ž), the text after the first such written character (see the first uploaded image) disappears after going to new line (pressing Enter or moving mouse to another line) (see the second uploaded image). It worked before on the Ubuntu 22.04 with manually installed firefox (not from snap) and is also working in Chrome.

I am unable to find the solution. I already installed additional fonts, I also created links to the installed fonts in $USER/snap/current/.local/share but nothing helps.

Has anyone encountered similar problem (and found a solution)?

I always work with two topics, running two instances of Firefox for each. Each instance contains many tabs. The problem is that when I close the browser, all tabs are closed, and restoring the previous session opens the entire browsing history in both instances. Does anyone know how I can save the tabs in each Firefox instance so that when I reopen the browser, I can easily manage and split them?

Is the add-on "Stop Auto Reload" by kgersen ( found listed @ https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/stop-auto-reload/?utm_source=addons.mozilla.org&utm_medium=referral&utm_content=search) the right one to choose to stop FaceBook from automatically refreshing my page? If so anything I need to know when I install it, or is there something better to choose? Thanks.

I used to have a "reload" icon on the bar with "home" and other things like "bookmarks." I found it in the "overflow" icon place. I tried to grab it and place it where it used to be on the toolbar. It disappeared and I have no idea where it is now. It's not where I found it in the "unused buttons."

Why isn't Homograph / homoglyph protection enabled by default? It's common sense. 99.9% of addresses only use simple ascii anyway.
