The root problem is that when I try to open a movie in a web browser, I get the message "Oops. Your web browser is no longer supported. " see attached.

1370719 had a response that made no sense to me.

Is there anyway to fix this issue?

Please god help me. I am trying to change my password and it tells me my old password is incorrect. I sign in using the only password I have with Firefox, and use the same one to try and change it, but it keeps giving me this error message. I'm about to put my face through the monitor.

I was forced to upgrade when FF crashed the other day, and now all of my windows are sorted alphabetically. This was exactly the behaviour that caused me to switch from Chrome to FF in the first place. I *HATE* having my windows sorted alphabetically. I have certain windows that remain open all the time, and they remain at the top of my Window menu drop-down, for easy access. (Hence, chronological by when the window opened, the old default behaviour.) Now, FF "helpfully" changes the window position every time I change tabs, and I can't find anything. I mentally sort windows by subject matter, not by the name displayed on the tab. I have tens of windows (20-30 typically) open at any given time. This makes it literally impossible to use the Window menu anymore, and I have to tab through open windows searching for what I need.

Mozilla, please make this a configurable option. It was really horrible of you to enforce this on us, just because some squeaky-wheels decided they preferred alphabetical sorting. They clearly are not power users, and this change has crippled those of us who are.

After restarting my pc, signed in on another windows account, which does not have Firefox installed. Then, signed in to my account, opened Firefox (Developer Edition 112.0b9 (64-bit)), however, all of the tabs, pinned tabs and history were gone. Can't restore from the menu, can't restore from the Profile folder, because files in it were overwritten when I signed in to my account (according to time modified). Anybody been in the same situation? Any advice? Thx

I use an Acer Travelmate Spin B3, and when using Firefox and pressing the screen down key, the screen either does nothing, or moves to the end of the document, not just one screen down. Can anybody help?

I recently viewed aa.com in Firefox. Was having trouble with linked pages and switched to Safari. Not only did the linked pages work in Safari, but there was a difference in the homepage, as well. Why would this happen? Not sure whether to switch back, because of inconsistency of sites working well in Firefox.

I can't use pdf to printout my credit card statements. This has happened on different banks. Finally, I gave up & went over to Chrome & had no problems. Please fix it. Another issue about pdf, it used to pop up on another page so I can view it right away when I clicked on open or whatever it was . But now, it disappears in a file. I miss the old way. Please fix it. For the last few weeks Firefox has been TOTALLY unresponsive - the browser page loads however the Home Button does not appear (this was previously set to "on"), when I press the Settings hamburger and try to select an option, none of the option open, and even more annoyingly when I manually type a webpage in, it does not load.

I've tried uninstalling Firefox, manually deleting the folders from C:/Program Files and %appdata% and reinstalling but this does not resolve the issue.

Incidentally, when I try to reinstall Firefox an error comes up saying vcruntime140.dll is not present but when I bypass this dialogue box and let the install finish, it is then present in the C:/Program Files/Mozilla Firefox folder.

I have 2 financial websites that I am unable to use Firefox on and I have to use Chrome. The site are Fidelity Financial and Jackson National. When logged into the website I must select certain links to see the information I am seeking. When selected, Firefox does nothing, it stays on the page with the link I selected. I do not have pop-ups blocked and cannot find the reason for the fault.

I am looking for a toolbar addon that allows shortcuts to local applications. Example, shortcuts to notepad, word, calc etc... on a toolbar (like the firefox [CTRL]+[SHIFT]+[B]-toolbar)

There are launchers and such to launch applications, but I just want a dedicated toolbar for this where I can place shortcuts to firefox tools/utilities on there.

10+ years ago there was an addon for firefox that was a simple toolbar which could handle url's, local applications...anything as long as it could be created as a shortcut on the desktop. But I can't find it anymore it probably got dis-continued.

Any suggestion is very welcome.

Apparently, due to the latest update of Firefox, when I start this browser, I see a redirect to the home page, although I changed the settings so that when the browser starts, the last active page opens (everything was fine before). When we select one of the context menu to copy the Image URL, for example, when you re reading in the page below, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_paintings_by_Pierre-Auguste_Renoir;

and selecting one thumbnail like as I attatched, we expect Firefox returns like URL below. https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/2/26/Swing-Renoir.jpeg/200px-Swing-Renoir.jpeg

But actually, Firefox sometimes returns like this "blob" url. blob:https://en.wikipedia.org/e7b597f6-ea69-4cc2-aa37-07cad9e66a7d

This is not what I expected and desired. Do you have any idea of the cause and solution for this situation?
