I'm having trouble getting my extensions to show up in the toolbar. Every help article has you start with the puzzle piece icon for extensions, but this is missing from my toolbar. I've tried right clicking to 'customize toolbar' and I am able to drag a extensions icon around, but it's grayed out and doesn't appear when I apply the new settings. This is making my browser virtually unusable since I can't access my password manager, etc.

In short, the extensions icon is missing from my toolbar and no menu options I've found will restore it. Please help!

However, while it does say it's a slow rollout it doesn't say anywhere how I can permanently disable this feature so that I never have to see it. I do not want any AI crap in my browser. There's plenty enough of this shit shoved down my throat from every direction as it is. If you're going to bake AI into the Firefox browser then I'd rather leave Firefox and find a different browser.

Since the latest update of the Firefox browser, I have been experiencing frequent freezes. The browser becomes unresponsive when performing basic actions such as:

• Clicking on the menu

• Closing tabs

• Copying or editing the URL

When this happens, the only way to recover is to close Firefox and reopen it.

Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue?

Apparently, Twitch classified the latest version of FireFox as an unsupported Browser.

I tried to log in on Chrome and it worked normally.

Any comment?

I cant setup my 2FA every time Im at the end of the process where I need to add one of my security keys it just crashed with note that my time of the device is not corrent or whatever. FireFox has been very slow and "sticky" when accessing some sites. I have Windows 11 installed on a Dell XPS8930 desktop. Other browsers (Brave and Edge) do not have this same problem. The problem most often shows up with FOX NEWS.com. Is there an issue with FireFox and FOX News?

One of my banks told me i am running a firefox version that is not compatible with my computer. i am on an max mini. i looked for the version in the 'help section' and cannot find an about tab/button. how can i find out what firefox i am running and if it the wrong version how do i fix without losing all my bookmarks folders and passwords?

Ever since this month's Windows 10 update I've been having problems with Firefox. I start it, the menu bar and tab comes up, but then nothing. I can't access any web sites. I tried removing the Windows update, then tried uninstalling and reinstalling Firefox, and then messing with the settings. In each case Firefox would work for a couple of days, then I'd have to start it three or four times to get it to work, then it wouldn't work at all. I've been using it for 10 or more years now (four on this computer) and have never had any problems before. I'm loathe to switch to another browser, but if this can't be fixed I won't have any choice. This is what happens when I start the program.

Recently I have received the following message when I try to access some web sites;

we could not verify the certificate: reason = wrongHost

What is going on here and how do I fix it?
