Just before protection against ads expired, the icon's "X" went black. Now that I've renewed, it has not changed the "X" on the shield to white indicating renewal.

The 10/18/2022 update changed the theme and color settings for my browser. It is practically unusable. Attempts to use other themes do not solve the problem. Every web page I have used since the update is affected. Screen clip attached. Besides killing my productivity today, this change has made FF unusable! How Do I get this Reset to Prior State?

PS: Just now, I try to click the box for "Email me when someone answers the thread" and it will not mark the box.

when i try and download something from some websites, it doesnt actually download what its supposed to but just a file called random numbers without any file extension or anything, or alternatively a damaged version of what its supposed to download. ive never had this glitch happen before and it doesnt happen to me on other browsers like edge or chrome. does anybody know how to fix it? (i am on windows 11 if that helps with anything)

I closed my browser and a "new version" of Firefox was installed. MY ENTIRE HISTORY WAS ERASED!!! I CANNOT "RESTORE PREVIOUS SESSION".... I AM N O T HAPPY! WHY WOULD YOU DO A THING LIKE THIS? I have Firefox 50.1.0 on openSUSE 13.1 Linux (KDE desktop). This is the last update from openSUSE, but is now deprecated by some websites. I am reluctant to download a recent Firefox version without knowing in advance that it will work under SUSE 13.1. I am familiar with 13.1 and reluctant to update that, merely to run a new version of Firefox, as it will create complications with my multi-boot system, which includes a MSDOS 6 partition for legacy software (it took me ages to get GRUB configured to load that reliably and I'm not sure I could do it again).

Please advise what is the latest version of Firefox that will run under my elderly version of Linux and how to obtain and install it (I am not an expert Linux command line user). I am using Firefox 106.0.3 under Windows 7 to send this to you (multi-boot system), because I could not sign up with 50.1.0.

I Just upgraded to 103.2, When I start FF It starts with all my bookmarks pw mgr etc and I can browse to my hearts content . I use Thunderbird mail client If I click on a link for a site with a stored pw in FF password manager now I get a clean new window which has no bookmarks and no saved passwords for anything. How can you help me?

The default font for a lot of websites has changed and will not accept the settings to change back.

Default font is Times New Roman - size 12. Advanced setting "allow websites to override font" is deselected (disallow)

NOTE: when I was stupid enough to trust Mozilla developers and hit "restart to install" instead of actually shutting down and restarting myself, ONE tab in ONE window had been zoomed in. Now it appears that that zoom has been adopted as default, overriding whatever I put in settings.

That. Is. Beyond. Stupid.

The fact that the default font settings don't apply as default is also not the greatest...

I would like to know how I can un-install Pocket from my windows 10. If it isn't possible, I would like to know how I can delete my account of Pocket that I had created. Thank you.

WHY do you strip my FireFox every 4 times I update? Sooner or later I will get tired of this circle jerk. Put my FireFox back like I run it, you try and try to have me run a generic Browser, when they do me no good, trying to mine my data is futile, as we show time after time. I like FireFox because I can cut the dead weight and go to work. Please help Robert StrongBow

I've got my bookmarks back, but not my history, or my tabs, or my Tab Groups (I've got a new Version of the Extension, see https://github.com/drive4ik/simple-tab-groups, but I don't know where to look to find the original data, or how to import it when I do find it.)

On the other hand, I have this now: - WITH Submit buttons! However they are changing to Failed when I try to submit them - one step forward, one step back, SIGH!

Can I revert to the previous version of Firefox pre-this update - I find this GUI very difficult to manage. Everything comes up too large - and websites I'm accustomed to operating on are totally reorganized and have become hard to use.
