Hi all, I've looked high and low for this, but can't find it... I have a couple of laptops and a desktop - one of the laptops has started showing a sidebar with buttons. I really like the utility of it and want to do same on second laptop and desktop, but all the settings I've tried just give me the old style of bookmarks. The version I want has a side pane with curved corners, and several buttons remain along left, almost like a left hand side menu bar. But where's the on/off button to add it to my other machines? All using latest version, and all logged in as me - I don't understand why, if its an update, it hasn't done so to all computers?

My firefox automatically updated on January 14th. Since the update, it opens with the tool bar above/off the screen, the left side off the screen, and it doesn't allow me to scroll. If I go the the firefox icon at the bottom of the screen and click close window, I can sometimes get it to re-open normally and then leave it open for the balance of the day. I am running windows 11. My wife and I are have the same issue right after the update. Is there a fix on the way or a setting I can change to fix this.

Not as important but I want to get away from all things google. Right now my firefox is tied to a gmail account. To be void of google, do I need to completely take firefox off my computer and re-install with a new email account or can I transfer the account to a new email?

Just purchased a new desktop that came with Windows 11 pro installed. I don't like it. Also having to start from scratch is annoying having to redo all the fixes to Firefox I did on the old computer anyhow.

The attached shows the Toolbar drop downs and what I have done to get rid of them of course the "Show an image preview when you hover on a tab" does just that but the description box (see attached) is still there.

OK I have Firefox 134.0.1 (64-bit) as mentioned Windows 11 pro Any help please and please keep in mind I don't understand a lot of computer speak I am 69yo but can do a bit.

See attached screenshot. It just randomly happens from time to time, and I can't figure out what's causing it. I've used both Chrome and Firefox with the same results. Help!

How do I get the tabs at the tob, search bar and icons back to a white backgroound with black print? I have trouble reading white print on a black background and when I switched to "inprivate" the background turned black with white print.

A folder on the bookmarks menu that stroes individual bookmarks, fills half the screen of a standard 1080p screen with totally empty white space.

The padding in between each and every single bookmark, in any place that can store bookmarks, will be filled by at least 3 or 4 mm of empty white space. Between every single bookmark.

This is a huge amount of completely pointless scrolling.

Do you have an RSI? No?

Has there been a fix for this cos the chrome folder .css "fix" is not working for me.

If i cant solve this i am going to change browsers. I dont care. I love Firefox and used it since the netscape days in the 90's, but am not going in for another surgery since you people insist of giving people more RSI's.

It's possible to do so for Firefox for Android via a setting.

I'd like this to be implemented for the Desktop as well.

Being a customization option, I think it'd improve my focus on the page and also my productivity.

Why... why on earth would the people who built Firefox include a mechanism (I will not call it a feature) that causes the address bar to justify to the right. It's confusing and annoying and remarkably challenging to fix from what I can tell. Several threads on various sites never did fix this issue.

So, come on Firefox brains - if you guys and gals are so smart and have such a good thing here, why can't you figure out how to get the text justified back to the left.

This just proves Firefox is the Kia of website browsers. More private? Maybe, but because it's more antiquated and amateurishly designed.

Solutions? I won't hold my breath. I'm on Windows 10 Home.

How can I restore text labels under icons in the top line of the toolbar [Home, Bookmarks, Print, etc.], instead of just having the icons?

I want to edit my context (right click) menu. Right now there are way too many options that do not actually have options within the page, like an add to dictionary option when no words are selected. I just want to remove some of the options. I don't need all this:

my new tab page changed over night i real don't like the changes, i would like an option to change which side the weather is display and the size of the box of site favorite. i find the weather on right less intuitive as my left eye is stronger and the smaller box harder to work with due to my double vision

My monitors are QFD ( 2560 x 1440 ) and I use font scale 125%. With the most recent Firefox these fonts are garbled. They do not display properly. I am using MS Edge for the time being.
