I frequently watch BBC videos but approx one week ago, they stopped playing. I have your VPN which is usually off as it give me no advantage, (this appeared following the last update), but I've tried switching on and changing to UK location. No change.

When I start an email using the FF browser I'll type the address correctly but the text on the screen is gibberish. See attached photo. When I move the cursor to the subject line, the gibberish turns to plain text.
I can't copy it so I took a photo and attached it. I deleted Firefox and then reinstalled it. This did not fix the problem.
How do I fix this problem?
