Can someone please tell me how to answer questions asked, in emails to me, receoved from support helpers. In ~6 emails received so far, my only response option looks like clicking the "Mark It as Solved" button...I can't see how to answer, for example, that I'm using Debian Buster, with KDE. Also, jonzn4SUSE asked me to "see screenshot" of his SUSE distribution, but I can't see that image, nor a file attachment. Thanks again.

I have Windows 11 and the Firefox 124.0.2 browser. I cannot update to the latest version of Firefox. I receive an error message "Failed to update". I've uninstalled and reinstalled the browser, ran the install utility selecting update, nothing seems to work. Please help

About tab crashes Every time I open Firefox, it crashes immediately and does not trigger the crash report window. Even though I have checked and enabled the option to send crash reports in the settings, it doesn't work. When I look for crash report logs, it shows that I have not sent any crash reports.I've tried many methods to view the crash report, but it just shows that there are none. I only found this information related to crash reports in the installation files.(you can see it in the picture)，hope someone can answer this question, thank you very much.😭
