With the new version (99) I can no longer automatically launch my Revue by Bluebeam application and instead forces me to download the link, which I can then click on to launch the Revue application. There is no choice in settings for the BFX extension to automatically launch my Bluebeam Revue application. The result is my computer is filling up with downloaded links for Bluebeam, which I then have to go in and delete on a continual basis. I do not have that problem in chrome, which someone said is why you guys made the change to switch from automatic launching like chrome did, however I do not have that problem in Chrome. What a shame I have to keep two different browsers

I recently installed AdBlocker, but then a site I visit daily closes after it loads.

I uninstalled AdBlocker and the site still closes after it loads.

I assume the problem was from AdBlocker, but not really sure why this happens.

Hi. I have version 99 and need to upgrade to the latest. When i tried, the saved passwords dont show up. What versions to i need to upgrade to first to step it up with the passwords and where are links for those older versions? Thanks

Since about a month ago I can't drag a file from a folder to an open email in Firefox. Was always able to, but it stopped a few weeks ago. I read that the new 99.01 version would fix this, I installed it today and the problem persists. What am I missing? Thank you to anyone who reads, cares and replies with solution.

I have used Firefox for years with my MSN/Outlook emails. Recently, something has changed that has caused typing emails to a nightmare. As I am typing the "system" is constantly suggesting text and I do not know how to remove that feature. Each time this happens I have to stop and either hit the tab key or fiddle around with the space bar to get past this problem and continue typing what I want to write. Also, as I am replying to an email, the "system" occasionally opens another email document and at the same time moves the email I am trying to respond to. It moves the email, not to trash, but to Archive. I never use the archive feature. How do I fix these problems. Something has obviously gotten changed in "settings" but I cannot figure out where or how to fix. The "suggested text" feature is disasterous and annoying and it has got to be removed somehow. Please help.

Last week attaching documents using drag and drop suddenly stopped working for Outlook webmail. I've seen the same problem posted here, but no response yet. Already tested, this feature still does work in outlook when using Safari, so there is some new incompatibility between outlook and firefox. I really do NOT want to change browsers as I've been using Firefox forever, but this is a deal breaker. Please please Firefox, show some evidence that this new apparent incompatibility is being fixed. Thanks!

p.s. this doesn't seem like it should be left to volunteers, is there a way for messages to reach someone who actually works for firefox?

since updating to Firefox 99, we are unable to view PDF files in Firefox, because we are unable to select how to handle PDF files in the settings, cf. 1.PNG We don’t have any enterprise policies enabled except for disabling updates, cf. 2.PNG. We tried disabling hardware acceleration, but it did not help, cf. 3.PNG We tried safe mode and an empty user profile, both to no avail.

This problem seems to be irrespective of the user profile because when I roam my user profile to a machine with FF 93 ESR, there is no issue and I can view PDFs in the browser.

Is there any suggestion how to return the built-in PDF viewer?

Works on Edge and Chrome? I must have a setting blocking things? Any help ?

I'm downloading a lot of images, and every time I do so a popup box appears showing the most recent five downloads and a button to show all downloads, It covers some of the icons I use for downloading images which is frustrating. If I right click on any of the downloads one of the options is to Clear Preview Panel, so I assumed it was called Preview Panel, but help does not know about that and I can't find how to stop it coming up (it used not to until I did something, I don't know what) It's driving me crazy.

properly. A lot of the text comes out in very narrow columns. The problem happens quite often on eBay. Chrome does render it properly. Could you please look into this? Thanks, Jon

Since the latest Firefox, I cannot load Bell Webmail when I am using my VPN. Everything works fine with Edge. I am not tech savvy, but is there something in "settings" that should be adjusted. Bell says that Firefox is the problem. Alan

Firefox keeps disabling addons randomly, some of them are made by mozilla even. I am getting them from the official addon site so they shouldn't be illegitimate ones. Let me know what information about my install I can give to help.

im afraid to download anything. i should not have to download firefox browser, i have been using this acct for years. i tried to update ccleaner last nite and windows defender caught a trojan but removed it right away all other places i have been were fine today what happened to my firefox and duckduck go etc

1. What do I need to do so that when I answer questions in an online survey by checking a box a mark actually shows up in that box? Increasingly the box remains blank but I know my question -- which I hope was entered in the right box -- was registered because the "Next" button works.

2. Also, more and more I cannot connect to a website that Firefox thinks may not be safe but it is and I have to "temporarily" inactivate the block. How can we fix that?'

I've never had to do anything to Firefox to print and I see no obvious setting for print issues. Normally, all printing is handled by Wind 10. I've using an HP desktop PC with Win10 and printing to the printer is wireless. Have never had problems before. Anything change? What I do now is "print" to a .pdf app and then have to load the .pdf in Adobe. Firefox wants to open my generated pdfs in Firefox..which it never used to (and that's another issue). I have to open, as stated, in Adobe, and then print.

Suggestions?
