After facebook messenger upgraded their security chat with end to end encryption call/video is not possible in firefox. Call/video buttons even disappeared. However i can call from microsoft edge web browser for example. Is this some kind of bug with mozilla? Anyone have experienced this too?

I love pocket but it is infuriating. I do something and a pocket page suddenly comes up with like 10 pictures and click links to articles. (And I don't know what I did to get this pocket page to come up. It happens when I do something online and I can't replicate it! It's always by accident. I google pocket and login but ti's not the same page with the same articles.) I see several articles I would like to read. I click on one and at least I can usually read that one, but then I go back and can't find the other articles I wanted to read and I cant get back to the same page displaying the articles. Now there are different articles! Today I clicked on one I wanted to read, was told to log in, which I did, then it took me to a pocket page which didn't have the article i wanted, and I cant find it. I also wanted to read another article and can't go back to find it either. This is infuriating! Can anyone help? And I doin't even know how to get back here to find your answer unless it goes to my email chaplaindon2000@gmail.com help!

Yes, following your instructions I now can see and access the attachements. I cannot still opening them, only download them. It is not perfect but at least I can have access to the attachments without having to exit Firefox and go to Acrobat.

I have a problem. When I access my Firefox main default screen I open up a respective website I want to access but within a matter of a few seconds the main default screen automatically opens up again meaning I now have two windows open which shouldn’t happen! I have opened up ‘Help’ and have refreshed Firefox a few times now. Additionally, I have opened ‘Troubleshooting Mode’ which comes up with ‘Restart’ then ‘Open’ and I have ‘Refreshed Firefox’ from this option. I have cleared my Cookies and Cache. I asked for help through the Firefox Community. I received one response asking if the problem still happened in ‘Troubleshooting Mode’. My response 'yes' it does but I have not had any other reply. Hence, I am stuck. Nothing has worked which I find very frustrating. I have used Firefox for many years now but if I cannot resolve this matter I will have to select a different browser which I don’t really want to do.

From my adobe account, I try to launch my web based apps so I can use the web based adobe acrobat, and the browser page opens as a blank screen only. I am on an older mac book w/ Yosemite 10.10.5 and Firefox is up to date wiht 78.15.0esr (64-bit). Please help! I need to be able to manipulate pdfs. Thank you

I can not log into my Harley ride planner account. Its not the websight as I can log in on my I phone. I get this message.The resource at “https://www.harley-davidson.com/etc/designs/h-d/images/dropdown-arrow-white-2.png” was blocked by OpaqueResponseBlocking. Reason: “nosniff is true and mimeType is an opaque-blocklisted MIME type or its essence is 'text/plain'”. How do I fix this? Thank you Paul

I've read all of the recommendation on how to keep links from opening in another window. Tried them all to no avail. This is a new problem. Anybody out there finding the same issue? Find a fix?

Recently my browser stopped opening in full screen. It opens in a little box that is usually partially off screen. I have not changed any settings and do not understand why this is happening. I maximize the window which usually has to be done twice (meaning I hit the maximize window twice to get it to go completely back to full screen). I have also tried dragging the corners of the window to maximum size, but the following day it will go back to not opening in full screen. If someone could help me with this, I would really appreciate it.

After updating Firefox 118.0.2, I loose all my pinned an not pinned tabs! After restarting the updated version, all pinned tabs shows a globe-symbol and the not-pinned tabs where empty. After an additional restart of firefox ALL tabs are gone.

What I tied so far: restoring the Firefox-profile from a backup -> no success. uninstalling firefox and install a fresh (newest) version and restoring the profile -> no success.

The only way to get the tabs back, is to uninstall firefox, restore the profile from backup and install the old version 118.0.2!!

Is there any reason, why this update fails? Is there any way to successful update Firefox, without loosing all my tabs??

The Command+M keyboard shortcut only minimizes Firefox one time after the initial boot of the system and stop working thereafter. Opening the Window menu in the top menu bar and then clicking minimize also fails to minimize Firefox. The only thing that works to minimize the Firefox window is clicking on the minimize bar on the top left of the window.

How do I get COMMAND + M to consistently minimize Firefox?

I had Wavve.co app installed on my laptop. Was using it but started to have problems (ie, the app slowing and then not working at all). Firefox showed me a message that said something to the effect that this page was slowing down the browser, did I want to "Stop Page"?

So I clicked "Stop Page", but now even after doing a reset to a date PRIOR to installing the app, I still cannot access the app on this laptop. Will I now need to switch to another browser to continue working with Wavve? Is there ANY way to UNDO that action? Suggestions?

I want the tab button to stop navigating any web page. Im tired of the alt tab shortcut moving my focus around and forcing me to completely refresh a page just to interact with it again.

Please do not tell me to use about:config browser.toolbars.keyboard_navigation. It doesnt work because its not what im looking for. I want to disable the tab key in my browser. Period. 100% gone. Stop bothering me ever again type deal.

Is there a way to disable tab key navigation that doesnt require a year of coding experience with an obscure addon that probably doesnt work as of 10 updates ago?

For the last several months, I have been unable to get audio input from any device working on Firefox. The mic inputs work in all other apps and browsers, are appropriately permissioned on Windows 11, and appear in the Firefox permission windows. No actual audio is received by the website.

I have installed Firefox clean, rebooted countless times, tried the Beta and Dev channel releases, and disabled all extensions, to no avail. I have ensured that I am on the latest releases, have tried various devices, run virus scans. I have included images of the Windows sound settings showing working Mic levels, Firefox showing the device in permissions, etc.

My sound drivers are up to date, and mics work in all other browsers and apps. This is limited exclusively to Firefox.
