I would like to test uBlock and Bluhell Firewall. I'm interested in both start-up time and the time taken to load some typical websites. i'd also like to measure resource usage

I've tried searching for hours and the closest I got was a cryptic github with no docs, used by Mozilla internally to run JSEngine benchmarks. I.e. I found nothing

Surely there must be some way to do this?

When I first pull up my att. home page it takes it has problems doing so. Or it refuses to pull it up at all. When trying to pull up other web sites it takes a long time or refuses to pull them up at all. It often gives me a window stating that the site is not availabe. I can then retry to pull up the web site

and it either takes a while or it pulls it right up.

When saving images, sometimes (but more often than I care to tolerate) the name defaults to "unknown.ext". Is there any solution outside of typing out a new name and extension type.

I use firefox for 3 years.I looking forward hearing every new version with great hopes. When I opening "http://www.mgm.gov.tr/Alarm/default.aspx page problem". I get an error message "Error: Syntax error, unrecognized expression: #map_Sehir path[data-code^='plk_'".from this address only. When I opened this page in Chrome, I can't see any error message.I see the with full functionality in Chrome. I again meet the same error in 35th version of Firefox

Today I was making a new RoboHelp manual for my program and when I went to test it, Firefox did an update to version 35.0 and from that point on, the Table of Contents and Index tabs produced a javascriptvoid(0) error. I reverted back to version 19.0 and it worked fine but then of course Firefox did an automatic update and now the TOC and Index are gone again.

Have been using Chrome on my Imac, but due to conflicts too often with Shockwave, started using FF. Did a Fresh dl of Lastpass universal inder FF which installed OK, checked for LP add-0n which showed that also was activated OK, but get no icon showing up in any corner, and sites thus not filling in automatic therefor. Also there was an incomplete import of LP sites from Chrome into FF. Solution not found in old forum notes.

I don't want to have to import/export to update it, I don't want to add individual bookmarks to the Start Menu. I like my 'Favorites' as a menu in the Start Menu, just like 'Recent Items', etc. Is there a way I can get Win 7 to link to my Firefox Bookmarks like that?

I actually found the settings for it in the top right corner of the page, but figured I'd report it anyway.

Basically, the New Tab Tiles have been causing script errors (prompt to stop script) that disable a few navigation controls, like being able to close a tab. Any tab that is open or opened after the script error will not close. I have to restart Firefox for the controls to start working again. I have found that the tiles that have been causing the problems are the one's that Firefox provides, as it still happens when my internet history is clear and not loading any tiles from my history.

It doesn't happen every time, but it does happen regularly. I just changed my settings from "enhanced" to "classic" and will see if this helps, otherwise I will just turn it to blank if its still an issue.

I need to delete or make sure my firefox sync a/c on the other stolen and inaccessable to me, device cannot get any of my details. i checked everywhere but no answer. A Question would be. How do i delete myfirefox a/c and sync a/c from the inaccesable to me device, a laptop. Please help. these people i think are trying to steal my identity. Urgent security issue. Please help asap. Some months ago, Firefox TabGroups stopped working (I could no longer drag tabs into groups. Any attempt would simply create a new, empty group). Frustrated that I had hundreds of tabs I could not group, and assuming that an add-on may be to blame, I sought a fix by doing a reinstall of Session Manager. After the reinstall, I noticed that all of my Firefox sessions from 2015 and 2014 were gone, and the only previous sessions that were listed in the Session Manager were from 2013. My guess is that the new install was pre-set to only keep a certain number of sessions, and it counted them out, starting from the beginning of my profile in 2013. My question is, can I get access to my other sessions, and if so, how? Also, I am a computer neophyte and will need to be walked through... Thanks!!!

"Server not found

Firefox can't find the server at....."

keep getting this when trying to access the internet. only started happening after updating to firefox .36 Running windows xp, firefox has been working great until now. ive tried all the suggested fixes, firewalls etc. Chrome and explorer are working fine but im a firefox fan and dont want to change. any help would be gratefully appreciated

I had installed Omnibug to track Omniture events. After 2 days, Omnibug stopped working and freezes every time I click on it. On clicking Omnibug, all other tabs in Firebug (placed along with Omnibug) stop working. I have tried to re-install everything-mozilla firefox,firebug & Omnibug but nothing seems to work. Please find attached the screenshot. Also, for some reason firefox works with a web debugging tool for initial few days then stops working all of a sudden (ex: Fiddler, Charles, Omnibug)

I HAVE INSTALLED SEVERAL TIMES IN THE LAST 3 DAYS, SINCE YAHOO UPDATED. IT WILL WORK WITH IE, BUT NOT FIREFOX. I PREFER FIREFOX. I HAVE DELETED, UNINSTALLED, RE-INSTALLED - NO SUCCESS. HELP!

Firefox seems to be working OK, in spite of the constant pop-up messages, which are annoying but nothing more. I'm wondering if it's safe just to enter Firefox.exe as an exception in Symantec Network Threat Protection, or would that leave me open to a hacker posing as Firefox ? I could just disable the Endpoint threat notification, but that would conceal real threats too.

I recently installed a nice theme called Fractal-01 Song of a morning breeze. I had to installan add-on to change the menus that were white and thus invisible, but I have not figured out how to get the grey buttons for like Home and Back and Reload black, and they are very hard to see with this theme.

I tried changing them in Custom Theme Restorer, but nothing seems to change them to black. I can't imagine that the person who designed this theme would have made these washed out colors that blend into the theme the default, but maybe he or she did. It is a shame to give up on such a nice theme if I don't have to, but it helps if you can see your buttons.

I have a postgres database which has a perl routine which prints to a local printer. When I access the datadase from within firefox every thing work exept printing througg te above routine (no error messages - NOTHING) . Is it possible to print in this case?
