Hello my firefox when on a web page goes pure whiteincluding tool bars the lot just 1 big white rectangle out side the firefox box is perfectly normal and it goes away after a few seconds any one able to help me seems to be mostly on Ebay website for some reason. Thanks

Nach Kaspersky und Firefox Update auf den neusten Stand (84.0.1) ist der Bildschirm nun weiss... sonst keinerlei Unterschied. Ich habe sonst kein Problem mit Facebook, nur der Werbeanzeigenmanager wird partout nicht angezeigt! ich bitte um Hilfe! Vielen Dank!

I have successfully reset my password for my Firefox account. However, I am continually pestered by the pop-up window asking for my password, and this pop-up window will not accept my new password. I know the new password works because it logs me into my Firefox account. Ideally I would like to disable this window, as I am on a secure computer, but I can't seem to do that while it refuses to accept my new account password. Please help!

403 Forbidden is coming up when I am trying to go to my own website. What can I do to stop this? I prefer to use Moz://a, but I need to be able to get to the sites I need.

When I go to Google Ads to view our performance stats, the pages have an overlay of seemingly random words that make it very difficult to read. This doesn't happen with the Chrome browser.

When I log into certain pages, Firefox will say it has finished loading but functions like search bars or drop down menus do not come up, rendering the pages useless. Other times I go to log into an account but it only loads a blank white page. I have tried clearing caches and cookies already, as well as several other solutions posted on various asks and message boards. My Internet connection is fine and the pages load perfectly on other browsers.

When I logged in this am. The Bookmarks File folder named OtherBookMarks was on my Bookmarks Toolbar. I don't want it there and I cannot move it. It also appears under the in the Bookmarks Tab where All Bookmarks are.

How do I remove it from the Bookmarks Toolbar. Thank you.

I am attempting to connect to my cable modem to change its password. The router is at 192.168.0.1

The modem does not support HTTPS connections. Even when I turn off HTTP Elevation in FireFox, turn off Microsoft Antivirus and Firewall, then type HTTP://192.168.0.1 FireFox changes the address to HTTPS://192.168.0.1

I can connect via HTTP://192.168.0.1 via my iPhone using Safari.

I have also added 192.168.0.1 with care to that it is HTTP: not HTTPS: address in FireFox to allow popups, and that this address is an exception.

Hello everybody. I am facing a problem. I want to download a MathCAD file that has the extension .xmcd, but Firefox interprets it as .xml, which is why file cannot be opened. Help me solve this problem please.

Hi all. I've noticed that recently a number of Google sites fail to load or load very slowly in Firefox (84.0.1 - 64 bit). Specifically: - photos.google.com: continually prompted with "A web page is slowing down your browser. What would you like to do?" with the options "Stop it" or "Wait". I continually choose Wait but I never get to see the photos. (FYI on my Android mobile it works just fine.) - mail.google.com (or gmail.com): sometimes it doesn't load at all and I need to quit the tab (usually pinned) and start a new tab.

I'm not sure if these issues are related from the browser side, but they have both become very annoying. I haven't seen such issues with other sites.

so i got a new PC and decided after years of using chrome and it causing too many issues i would try firefox as my browser, however when i try to login to my amazon account on there once i type my account email address and click continue the page just loads forever and never changes just a constant ball bouncing left and right at the top of the tab

at this point i have tried clearing browsing data and the cache, tried reloading, tried restarting the PC, tried changing the security options from normal to strict to none and then back to normal refreshing amazon each time)

i have tried logging into amazon on microsoft edge AND chrome now and neither of those browsers have any issue with it

Google reports these Mozilla instructions: "To generate a new password

   Click on the password field.
   Right-clickHold down the control key while you click on the password field to open the Context Menu.
   Select Use Generated Password…
   Firefox will generate a password. ...
   Firefox will save the password for this website in Lockwise."

They do NOT work. Both Right-click+Control key while you click on the password field, and Right-click on Password field, to open the Context Menu, does NOT give an option called "Use Generated Password". See attached, duplicate screen shots. Thanks. Mr. Auto-Password.

After a reboot of my PC Firefox is continuously crashing, safe mode won't help.

Firefox plays audio (eg. of youtube videos) on the motherboard sound device even if there is a bluetooth headset connected via bluetooth USB dongle. Microsoft Edge and VLC plays audio on bluetooth video any user intervention. The win10 mixer shows that firefox is playing on audio on the non-bluetooth device and doesn't on bluetooth. I can't find a setting in Firefox to change this.

Hello, I use macOS Sierra (10.12), The FF ver. 84.0.1 doesn’t show the contents of the navigation field (see attachment). No problem with the earlier FF versions. I played with various settings trying to find the problem, but cannot fix it. Is this a bug or do I miss something obvious? Thanks and Happy New Year to all.

It display everything ok, but when I want to download any image from facebook it saves to disk BUT THE IMAGE WONT open, not in win explorer not even in photoshop.

This is extremely weird because this problem only happens on FB, in every other social media or webpage I can download images as I please and everything runs ok, but in FB DONT!! This problem start in late november 2020, until now. I've tried every single advice you offer in the help menu whit no success, I even reset windows and still happen.

I'm thinking that Facebook have introduce some sort of new code that protect images from been downloaded. Do you guys know why FB IMAGES DOWNLOAD AS CORRUPT FILES  ?

My config Windows 10 desktop latest update Firefox 84.0.61 (64-bit) No drivers conflict.
