Firefox can't seem to hold on to, say, a banking website or web page when I navigate away to another app, such as to answer the phone!

I'll be on a banking website, and when I get back to Firefox from the call 1 minute later, it will greet me with the login credentials page.

If I'm trying to login, and I'm on the 2fa page, and I answer the phone call to get the code, when I get back to Firefox, I'm no longer on the 2fa page, I'm back on the login credentials page.

If I'm trying to log in, and I'm on the 2fa page, and I navigate to the email app to get the code, when I get back to firefox, I'm no longer on the 2fa page, I'm back on the login credentials page.

The situation forces me to use text messaging for 2fa when using Firefox.

I tried recreating the situation in the Chrome browser, and it doesn't seem to suffer from this problem. I navigate away to the email app, come back to Chrome, and I'm still on the 2fa page.

The situation exists for most banking sites, but is not exclusive to only banking sites, as it occurs on many other types of websites, as well, requiring 2fa logins.

Is there some setting in Firefox that I'm overlooking that causes these websites to default back to their login credentials pages just because I went to another app on the phone for a second?

Ok. The update downloaded 2 1/2 days ago. I've used Firefox since that download. It didn't install until now. 2 1/2 days later. Why the long delay? And why don't you have something show up in the banner or toolbar that designates that an upload to Firefox is happening? Now, we all have to guess why Firefox is behaving slow and erratic, close and re-open, and check for version.

Help me get my right panel, that dissapeard back to right side where it belongs. It Disappeared!!!!!!!!!!!! My screen is filled them links!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm 77 years old and have liked and used firefox for as far back as I can remember. I've read many posts that have said they have the same problem!!!!!!!! I really like Firefox and don't want to switch to another browser, but looks like me and many other dissatisfied customers to do also.

I did a 'refresh' of my browser, thinking that basic user information would be saved. But I lost all my tabs in OneTab (extension). Is it possible to recover them?

I have started posting bugs of Firefox in Bugzilla for almost 6 months now(though the number of bugs is 3). I have noticed that the bugs really had no response for nearly then(almost 6 months), so is it the way bugs are handled?, like they take long time to address( just asking as I though the process to be relatively fast) or is it something that I might be doing wrong in reporting a bug. I searched online and have been looking at assigning the bug( what I understood). So, how to do it if there exists something like assigning and will it increase the movement on my bugs??

I'm an old school draftsman and I have been using Firefox for over 25 years. I have always had good experiences using Firefox, until a few months ago. I can't get my gmail through Firefox anymore. I get CloudFlare security ERRORS so much I've almost quit using Firefox completely. How can I fix these problems and continue using your browser?

I have noticed that I am unable to access the comments section on the various web sites I visit. I am sure it's a settings issue, however I have not been able to find the setting section. Any suggestions??

Every time I do something Google-related in my Firefox browser the tab crashes. It does the same whether it is the search engine, Google drive, G-mail, etc... I already ensured my browser is updated, to no avail.

Just within the past few days, Firefox no longer allows me desktop computer access to my email account with wowway.com. However, both Chrome and Edge do. WOW's customer support person said that Firefox is causing the problem. I really like Firefox and hope that this issue can be resolved. Thank you. Clare Abt

I recently suffered a bug in my PC that led to me having to reinstall the OS. I am now trying to reclaim my session/bookmarks etc from Firefox but I'm not able to sign in on the browser. I'm able to sign in on a web page with my email, but no luck with the actual browser menu. The only option I'm seeing otherwise will be to reset my password, but that will seemingly delete years of important data that I only have on Firefox because I trust it!

Please help! Desperately trying to come up with a solution!

Ever since the latest update, the picture-in-picture function stopped working properly. If I activate it, the video will automatically go to full screen, and I need to press the full screen button multiple times to move it down to a small box. I am using Firefox on a Mac laptop.

121.0.1 (64-bit) on Windows 10 Professional. I'm a Leo and like long walks on the beach.

For months, I've experienced the Bookmarks menu collapsing (Bookmarks Toolbar, Bookmarks Menu, and Other Bookmarks headings appear but all bookmarks are just gone) and locking up (those headings cannot be opened and closed).

I have finally noticed that this happens when I am using Windows File Explorer to drag and drop files into my Google Drive opened with an entirely separate Google Chrome browser running concurrently with Firefox.

To be clear, I have Google Chrome and Explorer at the top of my desktop, with Firefox running behind them. When I drag a file from Windows Explorer over to the Google Chrome browser, the side bookmarks window in Firefox goes haywire. Close and reopening the bookmarks menu brings it back, but the issue remains.

When I downloader the Firefox I then try tobrowse a company,etc a page comes up withFirefox logo and a line that has Google and the place for the url/ I cannot get the actual browser to open.
