the last time I tried to upgrade firefox I lost my Identity Safe w/Norton. Is this issue still ongoing?

When hovering the mouse over a link, the link would flash at the bottom bar of the window. This no longer happens. Is there anything I can do to get the URL to flash again?

I have a yahoo icon on my computer that allows me to see the news. So all I did was click on a link from it, and a siren like noise began beeping. So I closed Mozilla Firefox and it stopped. However, when I opened firefox again, it continued to beep on any site I go on.

I open a new Microsoft Word Document and it immediately minimizes to the task bar at the bottom of the screen. When I go to maximize the document, it "disappears" immediately to the left going off the screen. I am having the same problems with emails when I try to forward or create new emails. They will not hold long enough for me to write on them - they disappear off the screen.

I copied the json file containing my previous bookmarks, as I needed to reinstall on a new hard drive. My system is now reinstalled and I really need to be able to copy the json file over the one that exists now. How do I go about this?

I searched through Firefox help to get the location of the json file, to copy and save it. Do I dave to delete all the bookmarks in the current folder first?

I am using Firefox ver. 3.0.19 and I have Windows 7 which came with a new computer. When I use Firefox as a browser I cannot print my emails. I get an error message: "pcfax not availabe". If I use IE I have no problem printing the emails.

Update: 12/10/10: 0245 GMT- Issue resolved. Extention "Instaclick" caused this problem. 100% repeatable, multiple reports on authors review section.

I'm sure there used to be a function - maybe a bar at bottom left of my firefox browser that showed the URL when I moused-ovr any link. I seem to have toggled it off - I only just noticed its absence - and can't find a way to switch it back on.

I cannot get on Firefox on my main computer. Error message reads, "Firefox is configured to use a proxy server that is refusing connection."

This feature was in version 3.6.18, why would you remove it from version 5.0! It allowed users to bookmark all the open tabs on the current window and give it a name. This awesome feature allowed the user to save all the open tabs in case of a system crash or power failure or whatever.

My LinkedIn page text and information is extremely small type -- similar to the web page size that you would see on a blackberry before you zoom into the page. The page width is also significantly reduced.

Other Firefix pages are normal size. It is just LinkedIn that is this way.bold text

When i connect to secure websites (ie national aust bank) a message comes up saying not a trusted website and security certificate is invalid? I also can't book flights on virgin and qantas site? Please help. I could do all this 24 hours ago but now cannot do anything like this.

My work LAN security does not allow firefox to update itself and consequently i can't watch lots of content using firefox at work - instead I have to use IE. How can I download the latest copy of firefox and its adobe flash player plugin from home pc? Then I could just take it into work and install it - please send me a link!

i need to find a link to download firefox 7. this version was flawless with my ASPnet back-office admin. firefox 8 does not work, i have to use safari which i do not prefer.

My mac is a G4 I have tried to download firefox 4 onto my computer message cmes up as firefox 4 not compatible with my operating system. So what do I need to do to make it compatible?
