I'm unable to access GroupOn from my laptop while using FireFox browser. When I attempt to log on using my Email user name, a message that states "ACCESS DENIED" appears. I have followed the steps to clear the cache but doesn't correct this issue. I'm able to access using my email user name using an alternative browser but I prefer FireFox. Currently running Windows 10. I receive emails from GroupOn using the same account that I attempt to log on with and receive the "ACCESS DENIED" response. Any knowledge would be appreciated

I am encountering an increasing number of sites that don't work with Firefox but do work with Chrome. I have tried turning off add-ins without success. Is there a way I can easily reset Firefox to its initial state and then return it back.

Hi, I use firefox exclusively across all my devices (for obvious reasons) but I find some browser apps don't work on Firefox - in particular Beat Buddy manager online. This requires FilesystemAPI support, which exists in Chrome and Edge, but not in Firefox. Please create a new version of the browser app that supports the ability to use FileSystemAPI on directories, this is essential for working with a BeatBuddy project and SD cards that are saved on my computer using the online editor. Two websites I went to using Firefox today displayed the date as 6\18\2025. Today is 6\19\2025. One of them displayed the July 2025 calendar and would not allow me to click back to June. I have two Firefox Extensions on, UBlock Original and Chameleon. Any idea what may be causing this. I'm using a MAC.

Recently my HBO max started to not load on firefox... I've tried the usual suspects, cleared cache and cookies multiple times, but when trying to pick a profile, just a black screen loads. Nothing happens.

Picture below, every logged link of the site is like this, i can only access links before login, like answers/support/ads,campaigns etc. Those kind of pages load.

Also, sometimes, when accessing the site through search engines, the site loads, but on a different profile than the one I use, but when trying to switch profiles, the same thing happens again, nothing loads.

Does FF offer a setting to address the following two incompatibilities?

1. In the iCarol web app, as the user is approaching the timeout limit, in Chrome the browser tab flashes a warning. This does not happen in FF.

2 In the Diaplad web app, if the user needs to record a voicemail greeting, in Chrome this ability is present. In FF this ability is not present.

I've tried to book flights repeatedly online and Firefox is preventing it. How do I nknow? because I went to Safari and the bookings went straight through. Same bookings, same sites.

The Atlantic.com site says: as below, this was not the case in the past. Similarly with the NY Times I did not have this problem before I went on vacation on 10 June. Neither tech support can help. This problem does not occur if I use EDGE

With Yahoo's new email format, my page seems to jump while I am trying to respond to an email. Do I need to change any Firefox settings for Yahoo to work correctly, or is this strictly a Yahoo problem?

I am unable to pay my bill at https://gwresources.watersmart.com/ using Firefox. After I fill out all the payment info, the website comes back with my session has expired. I then go to MS Edge to pay my bill.

Is this perhaps because of the email i use for Mozilla login is different? Also Firefox is not my default browser on this windows PC, Microsoft Edge is, (although rarely used) when I do sign in with Edge the login proceeds normally. any suggestions? this is obviously not critical but I am seeking clarification.

Regardless of website Accordion controls don't work / open to show information. These controls work fine in other browsers and work fine on the same sites. Is there a setting I am missing. it also works on other macs I own. Thanks

Trying to pay my car registration renewal online with www.dmv.ca.gov but cannot checkout using Firefox. Have to use Safari. Any idea why?

Hello, I am trying to login to my account on www.zazzle.com and use their site. Sometimes it will let me through and I can be on the site for about 20 minutes before a captcha comes up that says press and hold this button so we know you are not a bot. Well the button never works, it always errs out and gives me the message to please try again, and then locks me out of their site. I have tried clearing my cache and cookies, updating my browser, resetting the router, I don't have any VPN's, I have tried working in a private window, adding the website to the privacy exceptions, block pop up windows is unchecked, I am out of ideas, what do I do??

Although I received an answer on this question, I probably was not detailed enough to indicate why this seems to be an issue with Firefox's interface with Google, as opposed to only Google. When I'm clicking on the Google search bar I get the attached message indicating unusual traffic on the network and requiring me to do the captcha crap. What I failed to mention before is this does not happen if I use Chrome or if I go through Duck Duck Go and then into Google from there. It only happens in the top search bar on Firefox. The reason it's so frustrating is the captcha keeps going through multiple pictures, even though the captured screens are accurate for the requested pics. Perhaps someone can suggest a solution even if you still don't believe it's a Firefox issue. I'm not a computer or network expert so a more detailed explanation for how I can solve this would really help me out. Thank you.
