I can't find the email autofill settings. There's incomplete or erroneous selections in the drop down when using autofill on web forms and I want to clean it up. Searches for instructions keep showing this: "Settings > Privacy & Security > Forms and Autofill", but there is no Forms and Autofill section. I've gone through the other settings, Addresses, Password, Payment and other options under Privacy & Security but can't find email management settings. I bought an HP Omnidesk a month ago with windows 11 home. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

This is happening more frequently. sometimes clicking links works but the cursor will not respond if i hover over the new tab button. To continue I have to select a new firefox window, The unresponsive window remains in error even when a new working window is active.

Dear support, I have 2 pcs and I need to enter sync password every time I open Firefox - start notebook. It works fine on the second pc and password is remembered. How to solve it? I have firefox as my default browser with Bitwarden extension. I use yahoo and sign in for browser. I also have outlook for email. Maybe a month back, when signing into yahoo, I would type in the first few letters and bitwarden login options would appear. They still do but selecting one seems to do nothing now. If I open bitwarden and try autofill from the login file, it says it cannot autofill, items must be copied and pasted. Its odd that in yahoo home page login the options appear but do not autofill as they used to maybe a month ago.

In many cases when one opens a new tab, the new one is opened on the right of the "parent tab". After reading the web page of the new tab, one often decides that the new tab is no longer useful and deletes it. Firefox automatically opens the tab on the right of the deleted tab, rather than resuming the "parent tab" on the left. This seems to be an ineffective design as probabilistically there are perhaps >90% chance one wants to go back to the "parent tab".

Q1: should Firefox change the default for resuming the left? Q2: is there a setting that user can change?

I just bought an HP Omnidesk M02-0085m PC running Windows 11 Home edition. For some reason Prime video works in other browsers, but in Firefox I get audio and a black screen. I am not using any ad blockers and I have tried toggling performance settings on/off. Any suggestions?

Trying to read PDF pages in Firefox. When I click on a file it says "You do not have OpenText Content Server Browser Web Extension 2.0.10 installed, or it is not enabled. Follow these instructions to install and enable the extension." I've looked in the extension add ons but cannot find the appropriate add-on and when I go to download from file, there are no files that would are appropriate either. Any suggestions? Also, I'm using a federal government laptop if that has anything to do with it.

I am on a Windows 11 machine. Lastpass extension for the Firefox browser does not maintain my vault data. I have to refresh each time I go into the browser. This just started a couple of days ago. Perhaps after installing a new Tmobile gateway? Ideas on how to address/fix?

How can i talk to tech support? unable to share screen on both zoom and ms teams. also, limited function within browswer and zero access to both ms teams and zoom via application outside browser. per endnote tech support, the problem with either apple or firefox. i need to go through the process of elimination where is the problem originating.

you asked me to change my profile, choose a color and I did. But when I wanted to Firefox, all my old password and bookmarks had disappeared. I want them back if I am going to continue to use Firefox as my favorite browser.
