Would appreciate your help in advising how I can re-instate my Protonmail login as it just doesn't seem to want to let me access the site at all - it just tries to access and then keeps coming up with 'oops something went wrong'. It's like there is a block on letting me access? This has only just happened since doing firefox updates.

Just recently when logged onto Hotcopper.com.au have been getting a message that reads "This page is slowing Firefox down. To speed up this browser, stop this page." There is a STOP button, that helps for a moment or two only. When I open the program with MS Edge, the problem does nor occur. I was going to remove the Firefox App but saw the repair option. Repairing did not stop the problem. Any suggestions? John I have a near new Acer laptop running Win 11.

Recently, Firefox has been slow and crashes regularly. I try to sync tabs but after it crashes and I reopen it goes back to a much older save and lose tabs I've recently opened or sometime after a crash and reopen it tries to open a window with no tabs and I lose all my tabs

I've been using what I gather is an "older" profiles system via about:profiles.

Now if I:

1. go to about:profiles and open my second profile in another window, 2. close second window and about:profiles page, 3. open about:profiles again in first window,

I get "Another copy of Firefox has made changes to profiles. You must restart Firefox before making more changes."

This happens every single time, even though I've made zero changes to profiles, and is extremely annoying.

Can/should I migrate my profiles to the new profile manager? How to do this?

Hi The tabs have crashed notice keeps coming up on every change of page !!! I have the latest version installed with all my passwords saved, I am not a PC wizard so please explain how to solve this simply its driving me crazy !

It seems to me that recovery from backup only allows one to recover ALL bookmarks. But maybe one wants to recover only one folder, or only a few folders. Can that be done? If so, how?

My bookmarks disappeared and I do not know why.

I have tried to restore bookmarks following the directives obtained online. Somehow this has not been successful, and this remains a giant puzzle to me.

I can see the bookmarks in Library, but I have not been successful in figuring how to transfer that listing to the Bookmarks tab at the left-sided top of the frame of the browser.

On a certain bank site when making payments you go through the process setting them up and then when you go to confirm payment the banks screen goes grey. I use the same format for other banks. help please.

When trying to access the Princess Cruise website I just keep getting a blank page. Princess says I need to remove extensions. I have read and read and to be honest I am totally confused. Please help.

I had a mainstream company website start some of this months ago and now I seem to be getting more and more similar connection problems for other sites. My pc works just fine on nearly every other site so I just don't see it as my pc. I asked my ip and although I question whether they will help much but they did say nothing from their side. Yes I am up to date on ffox and OS. Clearing cookies does nothing. Some sites just say access denied, some will just never load or have some bs 'oops' or 'something went wrong' message. Chrome seems to mostly work but it may be goofy getting the sites working. These all used to work fine before. It does have the same or similar problem using other pc's on the same network. I can find nothing in my modem/router that is blocking anything. How do I find out what is wrong?

How do I disable these annoying Firefox pop ups??? This happened a few months ago and I wound up buying a new computer - now the same crap is happening on this new computer..... It takes up a good portion of the right - lower portion of my screen......I delete one of the three, another takes its place......sick of this

How do I get the 'open in new tab' option back when I use the right button on my mouse. It does not appear on the menu when I right click? This is a change overnight and I have not altered any settings.
