The email address in the account recovery option is incorrect. I cannot locate any option to revise it. Correct address is: GHUGHES204@gmail.com. The INCORRECT email address is GHUGES204@gmail.com. How can this be corrected?

Saved a new password for a site in the manager, but the update on the site failed. Now I can't login there (need to change the email address linked on the site, and can't without the old password that I forgot)... and the support on the site is bad.

One day there are no shortcuts on my firefox homepage, none show up when I open a new tab. In my settings, it shows I have set to allow 3 rows of shortcuts, but there are none! This is so totally inconvenient and I have spent hours trying to sort it out, so I might be bailing on Firefox as my default browser.

Some google search suggestions mention "clicking on the plus sign" to add a shortcut. THat opens a new tab but does not relate to shortcuts.

This is a snip from my Chrome homepage, with shortcuts. I used to have 3 rows in Firefox. Now there are none, and there is no plus sign to add one.

i bought a GMKtec K12 Mini PC AMD Ryzen7 H 255 (Upgraded 8745HS) Oculink Support DDR5 and youtube videos at 4k 60 hz stutter big time when i log in to my youtube acount.i am a premium user.all driver are up to date.my intel laptops using firefox browser work perfect no frame drop whatsoever.i have bought 2 of this mini pc and bouth behaving same on firefox(i tried on all firefox browsers: F.NIGHTLY,FOR DEVELOPERS,ESR) I also have an laptop with AMD cpu and behave same: stutters on 4k 60hz. Recently i tried FLORP browser and youtube 4k 60hz works perfect until i log in to my youtube acount and then it starts stuttering and loosing frames big time so bad i even cannot watch the video.ive tried on trubleshoot mode ,started from scrtach with same results

I am facing 2 issue as below.

1. The issue the when I play the video on 2x in YouTube then video and audio both stats lagging.

2. When I am watching any video on YouTube in firefox and minimise it and again open the browser then is open in landscape mode although my auto rotating in off.

There are these 2 bugs which i have found.

I’m reaching out because I’ve been experiencing persistent loading delays on Firefox across all websites. Pages eventually load, but it consistently takes longer than it should or don't load at all, can't even log in on some sites such as Twitch. At first, I thought the issue was only on YouTube, but I’ve confirmed it affects all websites.

I’ve already gone through extensive troubleshooting steps, including: Clearing cookies and cache Changing DNS providers (tried both Cloudflare and Google DNS) Using the Firefox Refresh option Fully reinstalling Firefox Scanning my system for malware (none detected) Verifying that no extensions or add-ons are installed Confirming my internet connection and speed are stable Testing the same sites in Chrome, where everything loads smoothly Despite all of this, the problem persists only in Firefox. When I play a downloaded video that is in English, my downloaded file plays back in a foreign language, not English. What am I doing to cause this and how can I have the English version only in playback everytime? Thank you so much, being a pensioner I am eager awaiting the ability to donate to you excellent work as often as I like.

Hi. I have done a cleaning with CCleaner, so not sure if it affected firefox, but now the new tab page doesn't have my shortcuts any longer nor any buttons to add them. I had 4 rows of my most used ones. Now I only have the "recent activity" 2 rows....but they don't seem to fill in either...not sure what went wrong. in my settings the shortcut button is ticked. Is there a way I could revert to firefox that I had a couple of hours ago, to see my shortcuts back? I am not technical, so don't know what to do. thanks.

Hello, I run a movie and drama-related website: https://tvmon.com.co/. Recently, I’ve noticed that Firefox occasionally throws the following error when trying to access the site:

"Secure Connection Failed An error occurred during a connection to tvmon.com.co. . The OCSP response contains an invalid signing certificate. Error code: SEC_ERROR_OCSP_INVALID_SIGNING_CERT"

This issue is very strange because:

1. The site loads fine in Chrome, Edge, and Safari.

1. My SSL/TLS certificate is valid, up-to-date, and passes external tests (SSL Labs, etc.).

1. The error only appears occasionally in Firefox, refreshing sometimes fixes it, sometimes not.

1. Hosting and server logs show no issues at all.

I suspect this is related to Firefox’s stricter OCSP validation, but I’m not sure how to debug or resolve it. Since my site streams drama and movie content, this error is frustrating for users who rely on Firefox.

Has anyone else experienced this intermittent OCSP signing certificate error? Is there a known fix or workaround for Firefox-specific validation issues?

Hi i accidentally adjusted the width of the sidebar too far and now i cant pull it back over. I have tried using the show sidebar button but nothing happens. is there a way to reset the width of the sidebar without having to drag it?

latest version of firefox sometimes will not ask to save passwords or remember them. seems if i try to set up a new password it doesn't want to save it, but set up pass key instead. thanks

I am in the UK I want to access channel t catch-up service and get a request to disable the ad-blocker.

I have no idea what the icon looks like or how else to mam=nage it. I didn't know that I had an ad-blocker.

if i search something on firefox the search bar doesnt show english and after clicking enter for the answer sometimes it doesnt come in english. i have chosen english as the only language but sometimes i get results in bangla too. i want my results to be in english only.
