I want to change my Firefox password. Roboform has all my login info. When I opened the change password dialog box I was asked for my current password & Roboform filled it but the dialog box says it's wrong. How do I locate my Firefox password?

When I am working on the internet, I often open a new tab, click the bookmark for where I want that to go to. Then go back to the prior tab I was using, while the new tab loads. EXCEPT, now I am finding, the non-active tab is NOT loading the page I instructed it to. So when I go back to that TAB, expecting to see the page I wanted, loaded, instead I get the little circle and still have to wait for it to load. Why is Firefox doing this?

I was just on a tech help support call and the tech person rebooted my firefox and lost my access to my most recent browsing history. Is there a way that I can still restore the lost history? It is not showing up in the History section anymore.

Hi. I've been using ESR115 on Windows 7 64bit for a while now, at lease since Chase.com enhanced their online banking browser requirements. But now, Nov 6th, Chase.com updated their online banking site, yet again. ESR115 no longer works. Just thought I'd let you guys know in case an update to ESR115 is needed.

I tried to update to a newer ESR version but nothing is available. I'll probably have to buy a new PC since this mobo doesn't have a TPM chip and I'd rather go to Win11 than to Win10. Thanks!

Hello and thank you for your time. I can not get my Discord to work it keeps telling me to update Firefox but it is already updated. This just applies to the sound and hearing I can type in text box. This has happened before.

Hi People ! First time here, so bare with me. My system (desk top PC) was recently HACKED into recently. Which is a story in itself ! (Did you know, that you can actually phone-up a HACKER on Google ?) So have become extremely aware of u/n & p/w's. Not to mention making A LOT of changes in A LOT of places. For yrs I've been so SICK of coming up with p/w's, OVER AND OVER AGAIN, every place I go. Sorry..., I guess I preaching to the choir here. To the point! I've become more interested in changing over to these 'Passkeys' I keep coming across, instead of p/w's. I have long used the Mozilla Password Manager. (LOVE IT, great work guys !) And am wondering, will IT also use/keep these 'keys' like I'm used to with the MPM ? Thanks for reading and yr time... Sammy

FF doesn't reliably open my last session. It used to but for nearly 18 months now it has become hit and miss. I have FF docked on my taskbar (Win 7 sp1) when I click it some times it opens all my tabs (I have it set to do that) but more frequently it doesn't and just opens one tab. Usually I catch it and in history select the tab showing many other tabs and I get it all back, but this doesn't always work like today, no option to do that because there's nothing there. When is it likely to be fixed, I've been complaining about this for months. I've even suggested FF collects a stack of last sessions (say 20) each time a session is closed and have a fixed entry for that in the menu, but nothing seems to change. I'm heartily sick of it, it's such a basic requirement of any browser and yet with FF it's just a pain in the neck.

Hi, I've always run dual monitors with no issues. Since some updates to FF I've had an annoying problem. When I close FF, part of the last page I browsed remains frozen on screen. If I open up any other app and move it over the part frozen FF image, the screen corruption is erased. The problem has remained through at least the last 3 FF updates.

I've been searching everywhere for an answer to this annoying isssue which only ocurred on FF shutdown and not Chrome. Last week I tried a solution which seems to have worked, but I kicked myself afterwards because I can't now recall the web page with the solution and need some help other could benefit from to explain what I did.

I remembered clearing certain caches (?) using FF settings, then deleting or renaming certain json files in a (?) profiles folder which I assumed would be recreated on the next FF boot?

I go to Central Pacific Bank's website and try to pay my bills, but when I click on "Pay bills" it does not do anything. Before it would go to pay bills. Now when I click it does not respond. There website is not responding. So I try on America Online browser and no problem. I can pay my bills. How come with Firefox it now does not work? This is the second time I am having problem with Firefox and it is becoming annoying. What's the problem?
