When I try to connect to the SSA login site, I get this message:

"Bad Request

Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand. Size of a request header field exceeds server limit."

If I use Microsoft Edge, the login works fine.

Hello, I'm seeing silver-coloured shades on my facebook page after logging in with the firefox browser (see images). They fill all access tabs, my contacts' tabs, and also the spaces in the comment sections. They remain there as long as the page is loading up. And disappear whenever the page loading stops. I told the Facebook support about it weeks ago. But they still show on my facebook page, which makes me think that it might not be facebook related since I didn't see them on my same desktop with MS edge. This noshow on latter is what prompted me to think it might be browser related. That is why I'm turning to you guys. So can anyone help with this please ?

It displays fine in Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. My main browser is Firefox. Is there something wrong with my Firefox settings? firefox 147.0.3 64Bit

Thank you for the prompt reply and I'm sending it back to English I have a problem with the yahoo.mail account. While I log in normally when I'm on google on mozilla I can't log in and while it accepts the passwords. He gives me an answer: " Technical problem. Right now we can't connect you try some other time " I spoke with help YAHHO . I did everything prescribed but nothing. It took me to the solution of the subscription. Can you help? Thank you

Our main site http://wlo418.tripod.com/worldlibertarianorder/ and the many others with the same domain, when clicked upon, get a Bad Gateway error page in Firefox, but not with any other browsers. Do you have a server problem? Please fix this at your earliest convenience. We are not interested in comments by anyone's "community". Roy C Peterson

I have for years used Firefox for logging into BofA. I have not changed my configuration but 4 or 5 months ago I started having problems. My browser is always up to date and I have standard privacy settings. In the past the problem was that the authentication wouldn't work, then firefox would freeze I would have to close the browser - when I restarted I would still be logged in (which seems strange). Now most recently when I log it it doesn't accept my credentials. I have tried removing BofA from enhanced protections and clearning the cookies related to BofA - but the problem persists.

I am logging in on my Apple laptop (by means of password protector) and using a FIDO device for authentication.  I usually get a failure message before I have even activated the FIDO device; then if I try again the whole browser freezes - no windows will work (yet when checking "force quit" it doesn't show it not responding.)

I was unable to login to Etsy via Firefox. I thought maybe I had the wrong password so attempted to select "Forgot password" button, and was unable to do that either. I was able to login successfully via Google Chrome.

I have set Bing as my home page when I start Firefox (it has been this way for years). This morning when I started Firefox the Bing home page only partially loaded. The home screen picture of the day won't load and I can't search with it. The only thing that works is the other bookmark tab. I also have Bing in those tabs but the same thing happens when I try to start it from there. I have shut down and restarted my computer, still happens. I have downloaded the latest update of Firefox, still happens. I don't think doing anything with Bing will help, since when I try to start it from the saved bookmarks tab or type it into the address bar it still won't load. I also started Microsoft Edge and it loads fine from there. Although, I just started Chrome and the same thing happens there, it only half loads, so not sure what is going on. I am not tech savy, so am a little uncomfortable with deleting Firefox and re installing it myself. Not sure if I would loose all my saved bookmarks. Can you help.

On February 22, my bank, (5/3.com), decided a transaction I was making using my debit card was suspicious and locked my account. I contacted them and informed them this was a legitimate transaction and they unlocked my account, and everything seemed to be alright, my card was working all seemed well. That is until I tried to log in and check my balance and I could not get in. I then contacted the bank customer service and spent over an hour with them attempting to resolve this issue to no avail. The person on the line suggested that I try another browser so I connected to Edge, entered my log in and password, (which is stored in my Mozilla), and it went right through which proved two things, my password and login were correct and the issue is with Firefox which is very odd to me since it has always worked perfectly as long as I have been with this bank. Again, this issue began when the bank lock my account and as a side note they did the same thing with my wife's account, she called and they unlocked her account and every thing works as before and she can still use her Firefox and gets right in to the same bank with no issues but not me. Again, this started on the date I provided above and I can use any other browser and I get right in with no problem but I am a loyal Firefox user and I want to only use Firefox so I hope you can assist me in resolving this aggravating issue!

Answer: Thanks for flagging this. We’re aware that some parts of the newsletter may not display correctly in Firefox, while they do load in other browsers. Unfortunately, this is a browser-specific issue and not something we’re able to control on our end.

My firefox will not connect properly with the Bing Home page. It often provides a message "cannot connect" and when I click on that, it does. But yesterday, when I did that, all that came up was a screen with just a solid colour and the search bar on it. I used my Safari browser to access Bing, but I don't like using Safari. I'm using a macbook pro, running OS 14.6.1. Firefox is my default browser.

For quite some time now, whenvever I'm attempting to make an online purchase, once my payment information is entered, it just hangs, and either takes as much as 10 minutes for the purchase to go through, or it never goes through, it just keeps spinning. This is the case regardless of what website I'm ordering from, and regardless of what credit card i use.

When I switch browsers to Chrome (which i prefer not to do), it all works seamlessly and immediately.

My Firefox browser is up to date. My OS is a little out of date, deliberately, because of many reports that the current update can actually slow things down. But in spite of this, I have no trouble with anything except trying to make a purchase.

When trying to access Facebook via the Firefox browser, the browser screen immediately grays-out and freezes? It is the only web site doing this, and it doesn't happen with other browsers. I have attempted to contact Mozilla technical support and their only response is to refer me to a forum, instead of providing actual technical support. I have reinstalled Firefox, I have created a new profile, I have cleared my browser history, emptied the cache, etc., yet this problem persists. How do I get actual, real Mozilla technical support from Mozilla for help with this issue, instead of being referred to a forum, or do I just not use your product due to lack of actual customer support? How do I contact an actual person at the Mozilla corporate offices about lack of real Mozilla customer support?
