Whenever I try to open (https://www.uwatchfree.sx/) this site, It doesn't perform any action just opens up a blank page. I believe this issue is happening after updating to V-67. Please help on this on priority. Thanks.

I used the import from another browser tool to import my passwords from Chrome into FF. It looks to have grabbed all of the passwords, but every single username and password is corrupted. It looks to be encrypted data. Is this import function currently broken? I'm using FF 67.0.1 (64-bit) and Chrome 75.0.3770.80 (Official Build) (64-bit) on Win10. I also have FF Lockwise installed and I made sure that all Chrome processes were stopped. Any info would help, thanks!

I have been happily using Firefox Notes for the last two months and in fact I had six pages of useful notes. Now I can't access them. The icon is still on my tab bar but clicking it has no effect. I could reinstall but I worry I will lose my notes Is there anything I can do?

Earlier, I focused the search bar with ctrl+k, type the researched words, and used ctrl+up/down arrows to select the search engine. Let's say I wanted to use the first search engine: I had to press ctrl+up arrow until I select the first search engine. Pressing again ctrl+up arrow did not change the search engine.

This was useful because to select quickly the first search engine I didn't have to focus and read the search engine field: I just had to see when the search engine field didn't change upon subsequent ctrl+up arrow key stroke. (The same happened with the last search engine using ctrl+down arrow)

Now, if the first search engine is selected, pressing ctrl+up arrow select the last search engine, so I cannot quickly select the first (or last) search engine without focusing on the search field.

Is there a way, apart from adding a keyword to a search engine, for quickly selecting a specific search engine in the search bar?

I have a lot of sites I check regularly and have them sorted in folders. I know the way to open a single bookmark without automatically switching to it, but when I open all the bookmarks in a folder, it automatically switches to the first bookmark in the folder. Is there any way to stop this from happening?

I'm using Firefox on a couple of Macs and Windows 10 machines for quite some time now. And I keep tabs and bookmarks in sync with Firefox Sync. Has been working great for quite some time.

Since somewhere last week, it started giving me headaches. It started with requiring me to log into sync again on one of the machines (can't quite remember wether it was Win10 or Mac). My password (complex 35 characters, managed by LastPass password manager) did not work. Que? OK, so I reset the password with a recovery key (2FA enabled) and was able to log in again.

Then another machine gave me exactly the same: log in again, password wrong, only way in was to reset password, etc.

It seems I can get either all macOS Firefoxes to sync -or- the Win10 Firefoxes to sync, but not both. I tried completely starting over with sync (deleting my account, setting it up from scratch). But still the same problem...

I'm at my wits end with this... Anyone else having this problem? Was not able to find a reference on google or the support forums ;-(.

I guess it started with Firefox 67.0 (which has an update as I check just now).

Any hints or help most welcome :-D

For 6+plus months, I get "popups". The latest shows a box in middle of screen that is in what appears to be another window. The small window has a message "Firewall has defined that your Windows Microsoft system is damaged and irrelevant. ...." plus other junk. No trade marks or anything to identify from whom. In the background, in what looks like another small window but in fact is full screen, it shows System Warning! in blue band around message starting with a "red x Your Windows system is damaged ...." that is partially hidden by the above message.

In the header where normally there is something about the site and an x to close tab, there is only the x. Also, in the address bar, it shows the i in circle, the green locked lock and the address.

Usually, I just shut down Firefox without clicking on screens. I would then restart Firefox which brings up a message "Close Firefox" with the following ? in a circle with message - "Firefox is already running, but is not responding. The old..." with choice boxes to close or cancel. This did not appear in lastest popup.

My settings are that Firefox on closing does not save anything.

The time before was a screen that told me on a specific date, my subscription to McAfee expires, unless.... Only trouble was I don't have a subscription!

The time before that was a McAfee back screen with a small window up front stating "Windows Security Center. Your Mcafee subscription has expired.... " with the choice window "OK".

Only just learned how simple it is to take a screen shot. I used my phone to take photos previously.

Oh and the time before above, there was a popup with Firefox logo and "Dear Firefox user, You re today's lucky visitor for: Feburary 4, 2019 ...".

I have seen multiple times these messages.

I have uninstalled and re-installed Firefox more than once. I just recently did a fresh install of Windows 10 Pro on a reformated M.2 drive. But I have a HDD with most files that I did not touch.

More and more of my favorite websites are blocked, so increasingly having to use MS Edge as a default browser. It is very frustrating so a solution would be most welcome. I can't even use this Mozilla help website so have had to use MS Edge to convey this message.

Started today. Gmail calendar event will not scroll on the left frame (for example if lots of data on the notes field). No scroll bar appears. Scroll bar present in general calendar view (week, day, etc) the scroll works. It stops working on the left frame once I open an event. I have tried Chrome and the calendar looks fine and there is a scroll bar....

I cannot add a secondary email address to Firefox Monitor.

Adding a secondary email address sends a confirmation email to that address.

When I click the 'Verify my email' link that it sends, a page opens with "Error: Verification token is required".

My Dell laptop is not recognizing my Android phone. I have tried all of the steps to sync multiple times on both the laptop and phone, but I cannot get the phone to show up in the recognize device list. However, the computer does show up on the phone. Nothing is syncing to the computer and it is getting frustrating as all the solutions provided in support have failed me.

I was wondering if anything in/about a firefox account has a cost associated with it. second, in reading the terms of service document - I see at the top updated June 12, 2019. so we have time traveling editors? Today is June 04, 2019

I recently re-installed Kaspersky on my computer and now Firefox won't open, it was working fine before, there's no error message or anything. I've already been through the articles and nothing has helped, nothing related to firefox will open and uninstalling to re-install has proven to be nothing but a waste of time, does anyone have any suggestions I cannot keep using someone else's computer because of this

it used to be possible to change Firefox icon for taskbar while Firefox is open and it worked by adding ico file in this directory: C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\browser\chrome\icons\default\main-window.ico its not working anymore, is there other way or is that the end of customization? I opened up Firefox today and it suggested that I create an account. I tried to do this, but forgot to fill in the age field, so it automatically set my age as 0. I am 39, so old enough to have an account. But, if I try to go back to the create account page, it automatically redirects to a page that says "Cannot create account You must meet certain age requirements to create a Firefox Account. " And I can't get back to the actual page.

Is there a way to reset this?

I created a brand new Mozilla account using my email but when I tried to log in I got a message that said my confirmation email was returned and that my account is locked. I never received a confirmation email from Mozilla to verify my account, and my email is valid. Please help me verify/unlock my account.
