Hi,

from time to time I'm facing the issue which is reported to me by my clients, that signing the application (for example .exe files) with commercial code signing certificate does not help them to get rid of "Uncommon download" notification when their application is downloaded.

I'm trying (and I hope that someone will help me to answer to this question) to figure out if signing the application with EV code signing certificate should help in this case? Personally often I can't even prove that the problem with specific file exists, because when I download the example file, I'm not notified about uncommon download, but screenshots from my clients are real.

Of course I've read any document I found describing how the Google Safe Browsing mechanism works and I do understand that it is developed to protect the users, but my question about EV certificate is still wondering me.

I'm ready to provide some examples if needed but the question seems global to me.

I have successfully been using Credit Card Autofill on Kubuntu but after a recent (and possibly unrelated) upgrade to 22.04 my credit card and address information disappeared. I can enter and save addresses but cannot save information with the credit card information form. The form appears when I click the button in the Settings page and I can enter information but the Save button is unresponsive and I cannot save the information. Note:This all works properly on my Windows 10 laptop.

OS is Kubuntu 22.04.

Any website that requests my location on first load (such as google.com) always pops up a location request dialogue, asking if I want to give "null" access to my location, even if I've already given said site location permission.

How do I update my notification email address?

I am asking for this because I continue to receive notifications at my OLD email address, despite updating my profile to my NEW email address.

I have https://account.firefox.com in my password manager with the appropriate username (my email address) and password. At attempted login I find I must always type (or paste) my username. Autofill by my password manager is not accepted as on all other websites. Upon having so entered the userid, the password manager may then autofill the password as if this were a first-time visit to the website. Further, the login process demands verification via code sent to my email address. This happens over and over. It occurs no matter which browser I use: Firefox or Safari. This is entirely inefficient and encourages me NOT to bother with the website whatsoever!

password auto fill started when I left my computer with Staples to do a free PC tune up promotion. For example, how do I get it to revert back to bringing up my user name for yahoo mail but not the password. This is the way it worked for years and the way I wanted it, that I control the password.

i loaded my new Unipass certificate onto my FF , but the system wont delete the old certificate, no matter how many time si hot DELETE, it comes back , this means that the sites i visit wont recongnice teh new one. how do i permantly delete teh old certifctae this is urgent

Hi there, This is Akash. I am having difficulty logging in to my account for below website https://psiexams.com/TDLR After I click schedule exam/log in, it would not open the pop up window to enter the logging credentials and keep having circling dots. I could access the account using Safari browser. I unchecked the pop up blocker, but it did not help any. Please, help with this

Hi I have suddenly lost all of my saved passwords, I don't know how that happened. I tried to go into a website that I usually have a password saved like "Netflix" I had to put the password again and save it again. When I went to check my saved logins, I cant find any of my older passwords.

I finally called Social Security after months of not being able to access my account on their website. The answer was, "It's your browser." Sure enough, when I (shudder) loaded Bing, I got signed right in. What are we doing that this government website doesn't like ... is there a Firefox workaround? Thank you!
