After installing FF v38.0 on my macbook pro, I am no longer able to pause blocking or whitelist a site. When I press the pause button then reload the page the pause is removed and all of the trackers are still blocked. This function worked in prior versions. What happened?

All of a sudden on my Mac running ios 10.9.5 and using Firefox 37.0.1, I am getting the spinning ball constantly when trying to do anything in aol.com....what is the problem and how can I fix it?

I see some other people having this kind of problem but Moziila is not gving a solution. The thing is, you get to the yohoo pahe even when you fon't heve a wrong adres, that's the most anoyning thing.

And beside that, i don't wont to heb an alternatvie browser.

So the i hope you can and are willing to help me with is, becuase it's so irritating.

Hi Folks! I'm on a MAC.

I keep Firebug at the bottom location, ALWAYS. One day I accidentally grabbed and pulled the top edge of Firebug to the top, opening it vertically to full screen. In other words... Firebug's top edge rests against Firefox's bottom edge just below the address bar.

What's my problem? I'm unable to mouse of those two edges to change the cursor from pointer to grabber (or other forms) to pull the firebug window back down. Basically... I can't view the website I'm bugging.

Yep, I can use it at the top location, on the left or right locations but I hate using it like that I prefer the bottom.

What have I done to try and remedy this? Glad you asked...

I tried resetting firebug by removing it's profile and cache from the MAC - Nope. I tried removing firebug compeltley and deleting all related instances on the MAC - Nope. I removed all of firebug and firefox from my MAC - reinstalled everything - NOPE!

WTH man!! This is almost app poltergeist, scary stuff.

Maybe I'm not deleting everything? Maybe there's a reset it to "factory" default settings? Can't find it if there is. I've attached an image. Any ideas here?

i ve install so many times the firefox 37 update, and everyday i got to skip it twice or more per day... it just looks like hacking...its not acceptable. sorry but firefox always worked good and safe and since some days i cant feel it so good. its a problem. thanks

            Why does this keep showing up when I try to open a website with Firefox?

When I open a new tab or page the cursor is not set in a field, as I have with Chrome. I want to open new tabs and immediately be able to type search or url in a field. Is that possible? and how do I go about setting it up? The page that is currently set is about:newtab

I run an on line business. Thursday of last week my biz site opened or update slowly. Other sites I visit, no problems. My biz techy says my biz site opens ok through his search engine. Anyone got suggestion?

I work for a library and we have a custom profile for our public when using Firefox. We have a set homepage link which requests the user to share their location. I want to know what file is that information saved to so I can set the homepage geo location preference in advance.

In the last couple of days, my Firefox for Mac (37.0.2) has been stalling on many sites, with the spinning wheel icon just rotating endlessly to show unsuccessful processing. This hanging action occurs on several sites where I'm going into inside pages, a problem I almost never have but now is frequent. Is this some kind of temporary or known issue? I don't want to have to go through Refresh, especially since i noticed someone else commented that it didn't resolve a similar issue. But something is definitely wrong, and is making use of Firefox extremely frustrating if not pointless.

When I read Outlook.com email in Firefox, I can't preview any documents or pictures or photos or anything without downloading since ActiveX isn't supported in Firefox. I can't seem to find any add-ons that support previewing in Outlook.com; what I find takes you out of Outlook, which I can already do. Thanks.

the top of the tabs bar, there is this random pixels that pop up. you can see it in the photo you can see pixels on the top right and some white box pixels to the left where the close, minimize or maximize buttons are at. This started to happen last week.

My password for my *****@ gmail account doesn't work. You sent me directions to change it to the same account;THE ACCOUNT I CAN'T OPEN so I can't read your directions! Please send it to my working account which is *****@gmail.com, so I can read the directions and fix the problem. Thanks,

I updated the adobe flash player and now when I full screen a youtube video and press Esc to exit it also exits the full screened browser. Before updating it just exited the video and kept the browser full screened. Also, I was able to fix this problem once before but can't remember how I did it. I went through settings and all menus but couldn't find anything that might fix this
