I have an imac 21.5-inch (late 2009) on my table with OS X El Capitan running on it. It has the following specifications: 1. Processor - 3.06 Ghz Intel Core 2 Duo 2. RAM - 8 Gb 3. Graphic card with 256 Mb

I have not been able to update the OS to run most recent Applications, and most of it, the web browsers are not updating as well.

What should I do to get through? Thank you.

Dear Team, I was asked to start an upload in Firefox. I tried that. I get the message 'Couldn't load XPCOM' What do I have to do to restart Firefox? It's urgently needed for account verification! Could this possibly be due to a lack of capacity? I currently have 371 MB of 111 KB available. I ask you to help me quickly - thank you very much.

High, I've used the the 'VideoDownloadHelper' for years whithout any complication. Now, the icon shows no colour anymore, even after a new installation, and so I can't download any video. Can you help me ? Kind regards Michael [edited email from community support forum]

my old chrome book didn't install firefox..it said outdated , support ended ? i figuured it's time to get new ..i bought new chromebook from bestbuy..

firefox > google play store > downloaded/ install > .tar file..no good? .tar file won't open, or won't open fully..

1] firefox? mozilla? firefox focus? all suggested, get android-firefox or linux-firefox? android+forefox couldn't be located in google play? out of luck?

2] linux? i don't know a dame thing about linux..i don't have such computer skills?

3] 3rd sugestion was firefox desktop? same dame ? .tar file?

i bought new chromebook for nothing?

Hello, My OTHER computer is an old laptop Ver.10-9-5. Somehow my teenage son totally deleted its FireFox browser and even deleted any reference to fox. How can I repair the damage. How can I install a fox version that the laptop will accept and use. I'm not very savvy with these things so please make your response idiot proof. Thanks much. Blaine

After today's W10 update, I'm getting an error on Firefox:

minVersion >= 128.0.2
maxVersion <=128.0.2

What do I do now? It's a Lenovo 64 bit machine.

I am developing a browser add-on for Firefox. I would like to ask a question. Is it possible to publish the add-on in an unlisted way, but making sure that when it is installed in the browser it always maintains the same internal UUID (which does not correspond to the add-on ID)? If it is not possible to do this by publishing it unlisted, would it be possible to do so by publishing it in your store in a listed way?

After recent update bookmarks disappeared. When I restore them and then close firefox developer edition the bookmarks toolbar is gone again. It seems like a bug in that recent update. Please advise.
