I have "Query OCSP responder servers to confirm the current validity of certificates" unchecked in my advanced options, despite this I still saw several prompts to godaddy's ocsp server in my avast webshield while browsing, is this normal?

Whenever FIrefox is open, I see that my (very slow) internet is being used to download something secretly in Firefox - If I use Resource Monitor to check, I find that Firefox.exe is downloading from 162.159.252.182 and sometimes also from 162.159.254.181. These IP addresses are associated with CloudFlare, whoever that is. I have addons installed for AdBlock Plus, but this is a large download that never seems to stop....

i want block some website, some keyword in URL , i am using UnE Block2.9.20, it blocked URL & subset of that URL i.e. i want to block "http://www.discountdrugstores.com.au/list" this url , but it block also "http://www.discountdrugstores.com.au/list_ historical" I Dont want to block this URL , please help me to which addon helpful for me Or if any keyword block from in URL. thanks in advance.

What is going on with firefox? Can't get on to ebay and get so many 'encoding errors' and now I can't even get on to google maps? Is firefox under attack from somewhere?

I set up sync in my user acct in order to transfer everything to my admin acct. I then switched users to my admin acct and reopened sync. After successfully transferring all data, the text in the tabs blurred. I logged out of sync and closed Firefox and switched users back to my user acct and opened Firefox. Before sync it took less than a second to open. After sync it takes 3-4 seconds and all tab text is blurry. All other text is normal except that in the tabs. Additionally, if I open "Customize" from the menu, the tab text returns to normal until I close it, then tabs get blurry again. Restart of PC did not solve the issue. OS: Windows 7 Home Premium, Firefox: 37.0.2 What have I done?

When I have picked the horse or horses I wish to bet on and entered the amount of money I wish to bet and click on Bet now nothing happens it will also NOT clear the beting slip. I have been useing Firefox for about 10 years and this is the first problem I have had, I now have to use the Google Crome browser for my racing And I would rather have Firefox. Can annyone please help.

Youtube videos were working fine two days ago but now they wont load. I get the perpetual loading circle. I can see the stills of the video if i scroll across the time bar, but the video will not play. Videos work fine in IE and Chrome. I've tried playing videos with and without flash player installed, but I get the same loading circle on black screen.

I found the following post on these forums and I'm having the same exact problem EXCEPT downloading the Youtube All HTML5 add-on does not fix the problem. I've tried all the suggestions made in that thread.

I've also tried doing a refresh of Firefox, and uninstalling/reinstalling Firefox, to no avail.

I highlight the URL on Firefox, and copy (Ctrl+C or R mouse click then click on Copy). Then I open a folder on my Windows 7 desktop, and R mouse click, but the Paste (and the Copy) selection is shaded; thus, no paste. Please explain how I can do this.

A little while ago whilst I never used firefox and used chrome instead, I edited a setting in which it limits my bandwidth and I'm pretty sure I limited it to something ridiculous like 50 kbps (As I was swapping households between my parents and one had faster internet than the other.) I can't remember how to get to that and would like assistance in accessing that setting.

I am trying to work on a learning program from my works intranet website. All I can get is "firefox is blocking access". Dont know how to turn this off. Please help

I open `about:config` and reset `newtab.url` to its default value: 'about:newtab'. Then I reopen firefox and `newtab.url` has been cleared (its value is empty), newly opened tabs are blank.
