I thought I had emailed some links to a friend of mine, but my husband informed me that Microsoft Outlook isn't set up and also isn't the email he uses to send internet links. Is there a way to find the internet links that I thought I had sent? Thank you for your time and effort.

When watching videos on YouTube or listening to music on Spotify Web Player, SiriusXM web, Pandora, etc. switching the default audio device in Windows does nothing, sound continues playing through the originally selected device.

I am using Windows 8.1, Firefox version 37.0.1. I have tried downloading the beta Firefox, problem was not fixed and it make some of my extensions unusable.

Something to do with a TLS error. When I click on a legitimate tab, I am told a world-class site does not have authenticity. The site is www.voyaretirementplans.com

tags- i'd like the ability to set preferences on how to organize and view them. any knowledge or creative troubleshooting re doing this would be greatly appreciated. tia

I once had the firefox start page tab visible on the upper left hand corner of my monitor. It is no longer there. Is there a way to get it back -- in terms a non-tech savvy person could understand? I've done several searches on the site and none of them have helped me yet - or is it gone forever? Thank you very much for your help

I like Firefox, but this evening was frustrating. I opened Firefox and instead of giving my hope page I was greeted with the announcement that I was running the most up-to-date version of Firefox. The there was a big button in the middle of the screen that said refresh Firefox. I thought that would let me go on to my home page. Now everything is gone! My bookmarks, my Norton application.... it is all gone. How do I get all that back? I am sorely disappointed!

I don't know if it's a Firefox update or OSX update, but I started getting random crashes. Here are a few links to the reports:

They all say

I tried googling that but I just get results to other crash reports. Could anyone help me out and see if they can tell what the issue is? (I already checked that the plugins are all up to date)

My wife's Desk Top and my laptop designates the Home Page to be "about:blank" ...However, when she opens a new Tab a Google Search page appears, but my laptop always has the preferred, securer blank page: How do I get her Desk Top to respond the same way as my laptop?

I have reset my password several times and had to resort to making new email accounts (more than one - so now I have to watch yet another inbox) trying to post these issues. I am getting to the point of deleting firefox completely.

CANNOT LOGIN--even after repeated password resets. Hope it gets fixed.

RESET PASSWORD--from email links (several of them) - I do know how to login but my brain may have gone ga ga after the last 11 hours looking for the solution to my other issue that I hope I won't have to make yet another account. Wonder if that messes with my sync - afraid to turn on my tablet or check my phone just to acquire the same errors there that I will probably have to pay to fix.

I would like to view my search results in the address bar instead of previously visited results ( if possible a mixture of both), i was simply wondering if their was anyway to do this, without using the mini search bar. Thanks!

I have a Gateway MD series laptop, 4GB Memory that I keep alive by sheer force of will. I've been using another browser and I missed Firefox. I use a portable app suite (ASuite/Lupo PenSuite) and to get myself reacquainted I began using Firefox from the suite on all my Windows devices. On the Gateway I wanted to use it from the Suite and everytime I pull it up - there is no text on the page not in placeholders or boxes. I hadn't changed any options to begin with and now I couldn't anyway. THEN I installed Firefox, the latest version, directly to my laptop and the same thing goes on - with a brand new install!! It doesn't happen with any other devices, I have done an exhaustive virus scan and nothing. Re-installed to no avail - even got a little text that that looked like compressed Chinese and that even disappeared after the second time opening it.. Sorry about the convoluted story, but I don't have the money for a new laptop and other browsers work just fine. Has anyone ever seen this, cuz I'm rekindling this love affair with the Fox and I'm having to go back to my 'exes' for digital sex!

Hi. I can't sync Firefox from my old Surface Pro 2 to my new Surface Pro 3. Both run windows 8.1. Firefox synced OK over a year ago to my Surface 2 OK but I lost the password.

On SP2, I updated FF, deleted the old Sync account and set up a new Sync account. On SP3, I set up the same account. When I sign in to the SP3 sync account, the message "Sync will start momentarily" displays but nothing happens.

Following your forum suggestions, I made these changes to both SP2 and SP3. 1. Disconnect and reconnect to Sync. 2. Delete the signedInUser.json file in the profile folder with Firefox closed and possibly delete the Weave folder as well. 3. Delete and re-create the FxA account. at https://accounts.firefox.com/settings

I also Reinstalled FF on SP3. Same message but won't sync. Appreciate any suggestions.

sometimes maybe 2 out of 5 times when i open Firefox it is in Spanish..i have my language set to English so i can't figure this out and Google search brings up post from 2012 that are of no use ..so if anyone has idea's it would help save the last few hairs i got.

I have used Firefox for a few years but just recently I have run into this problem. I copy Twitter links and send them via email using Microsoft Outlook 2003. Within the last week or so the formatting will not stay the same as the source website as before. There are some Twitter links where the hyperlink will not even be clickable like before.

I have used Internet Explorer to see if it was a Word or Outlook problem but using IE it works correctly like before.

I have done a refresh of Firefox as well as removing it completely and reinstalling fresh. I have ruled out anything else but Firefox (I believe).

starting with 37.0 the username and password fields look messed up in most web interfaces. also hover menus are messed up. screenshots show before 37.0 and after 37.0 i already upgraded graphics driver to latest version but this didnt help.
