I couldn't find a proper category for this. Why does Mozilla make it hard to figure out where to report a bug? And then once you find where you need to be, they force you to create an additional login (something EVERYBODY wants to do more than necessary) to actually report the bug.

Yay, just what I want to waste time doing. I was hoping I could create another useless account somewhere with a new username and password to fill up my password manager with more junk. Thanks Mozilla!

I have an app showing on my desktop. It does nothing. I would like to be able to use my previous desktop for using firefox. If that is not possible. I would simply like to use.

All of a sudden, starting today, I cannot view video clips. IK get and error message "No video with supported format and MIME type found. Is there a way to fix this or do I have to reinstall my computer from scratch?

Every website I try to visit with Firefox produces a page which reads "Suspected Phishing." And when I click on "Ignore and proceed" I am taken to a blank webpage. Each web address in the URL field reads "SmartDirect.de." Firefox has thus, for me, become a useless browser.

Is there anything I can do to fix this problem with Firefox? In answering my question please bear in mind I do not have a PhD from MIT and am not an expert in computer science.

I updated firefox just yesterday or earlier today idk and the right click menu is so long with multiples of the same and they DO NoThInG! Linux Mint 22 Cin. 6.8.0-55 Generic Kernel

I know for sure my account and device have been hacked also I've logged into my account on other devices and received no notifications on my device I want this to stop
